Merveil - Luxury Suite - Tour Eiffel - Fremicourt

Very comfortable, we were a group of 10 and felt very comfortable staying here. It was well equipped and lovely decor

A lovely base for a relaxing ladies weekend.

Points positifs : A group of friends and I (all female) stayed at the Merveil Frémicourt at the beginning of April for a celebration. It was our first time in Paris for most of us so we wanted to have a great place to stay. The Merveil Frémicourt exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for us all, the rooms were equipped with AC and there was 3 bathrooms (x2 showers and x2 toilets) The beds were comfy and the lounge area had a seperate sofa bed. The furnishing and decor were very Parisian, and it had everything we needed for a long weekend break. The entry system to the apartment was great, and we received instructions prior to arrival. There were stairs and a lift so very accommodating.

Points négatifs : We had a challenge getting the coffee machine to work (a Pod machine) and we had an engineer out to try and fix it. However there were plenty of places for us to grab coffees in the morning (There is a McDonalds a 2min walk from the apartment) and plenty of Starbucks coffee shops around. It didn’t harm our stay.

Beautiful luxurious apartment close to the Eiffel Tower, perfect for large groups of family/friends.

Points positifs : Beautiful interior design. Good location - 20 min walk from Eiffel tower We felt like millionaires because of how luxurious the apartment was

Points négatifs : Coffee machine didnt work There was no parking. In the advertisement for the page it says there is free parking but when we came there and contacted them, they said the facility has NO free parking and that we should go to ibis hotel. Which was 5 km away and paid… we are extremely disappointed about that.

Beautiful apartment close to Eiffel Tour that met all our needs!

Points positifs : The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything available that was advertised. There is a metro within 5 minutes walking and some small supermarkets located downstairs. Loved the communal areas which were perfect for 2 families of 4. Bedrooms were very comfortable also, a little small but not an issue.

Points négatifs : The lift is very small, taking just 2 people at a time, so takes a while to get everyone up and down, especially on first and last days with the luggage, so leave some time for that. The internal decoration suggests the apartment is located in an historic building but the building is actually not historic - was not an issue for us. Wifi password not in the property, you need to contact the host for it - suggest you do that immediately on arrival so you have it when needed. Significant deposit required.

Points positifs : Great apartment - luxurious within, but the location less so. Very large and comfortable.

We were so pleased to have this as our “ base “ in Paris. Would come back again

Points positifs : It was in a convenient location. Very very clean and plenty of room for the ten of us : 5 granddaughters, 2 daughters, 1 son in law and 2 grandparents. Very comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and baths. Little markets in the area for breakfast provisions. An exceptional property!

Points négatifs : There are no negative replies to this

On a scale of 1-10, it was a 9.

Points positifs : We were a group of 5. The restrooms were on the opposite side of the apartment which seemed odd. We all enjoyed the stay.

Points positifs : The decor was amazing! So creative and chic! It was so fun to have all the family on one place and we felt special in this fancy apartment. Having a full kitchen was perfect for instant meals. Even the bathrooms were renovated with lovely tile and fixtures. Quiet locale, yet grocery stores, bakeries and delicious restaurants were right around the corner. Plus we could walk to the Eiffel Tower or easily take the metro to other notable places.

Points positifs : We really liked this places location and the space. We were a group of 10 and we made it work!

Points positifs : Localização boa, apartamento muito bonito e anfitriã sempre solicita.

Points négatifs : Chegamos as 19 hrs e a pessoa que faz limpeza da casa ainda se encontrava no local. Já haviam passado 3 horas do horário de check in. As toalhas nos foram deixadas molhada ainda, precisamos coloca-las na secadora para que pudéssemos usa-las. A Limpeza não estava nem 80% boa, impressão de que as roupas de cama não haviam sido trocadas, o piso estava muito empoeirado.
