Excellente adresse, appartement spacieux et confortable idéal!
Points positifs : L'appartement est bien aménagé et spacieux . Les deux chambres disposent d'une salle de bain ce qui apporte une réelle intimité. L'espace de cuisine est bien aménagé et dispose du nécessaire pour réaliser un repas sur place. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le métro, la gare du Nord et des commerces. Le lieu est beau et très calme car l'ensemble des fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure. L'hôte est très disponible et répond à toutes nos questions sur l'appartement ou sur l'organisation du séjour.
Points négatifs : L'appartement est un peu excentré sur une zone populaire de Paris , cela est compensé par l'accès rapide au centre par le métro.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cet appartement.Je recommande vivement cet appartement
Points positifs : Cet appartement est très bien équipé, tout y est …Il ne manque vraiment rien. C’est propre, spacieux… et calme….proche de tout, commerce et transport pour se déplacer facilement dans Paris. Toutes les informations données sont claires et précises . Mme Ramona est très gentille et s’assure par message personnel que tt se passe bien.

Very enjoyable stay in comfortable & well situated appointment.
Points positifs : Comfortable & well appointed appartment near Eurostar terminus & metro, shops/bakeries & the attractive canal walk into the centre. Access via a courtyard off street so quiet & felt secure. Good to have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
Points négatifs : If you had mobility issues (which didn't apply to us, so not a problem) the steep stairs up to appartment & small bathrooms might be an issue. Stalingrad metro is insanitary but Louis Blanc is also very nearby.

Points positifs : We had a great stay at this beautiful Paris apartment. It was very clean, safe, quiet, and well-equipped. The layout worked well for us, with two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a toilet), and a separate toilet in the living area. The location is excellent — near a lovely bakery, supermarket and plenty of restaurants, and within easy walking distance of Stalingrad and Louis Blanc metro stations. Ramona was a wonderful host: welcoming, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Points négatifs : We experienced minor technical issues initially, but Ramona responded immediately and resolved everything quickly — her attentiveness and care really stood out.

Points positifs : The owner Ramona treats you like a friend, you feel like she is always with you, It will really be your home, very comfortable. Stalingrad side is a bit bad Jules is better and go shopping in that area. Both metros are three minutes away. You can go anywhere you want with M2. internet speed is very good smart tv, prime, Netflix, Disney are available hot water is good two bathrooms + wc all kitchenware

Points positifs : Ruim en schoon, fijne en snelle communicatie met de eigenaresse. Dichtbij metrostation waardoor je snel de stad kan verkennen.

Points positifs : Sehr sympathische, informative, und flexible Betreuung durch Ramona. Die Wohnung fühlte sich komfortabel und sicher an, sie passte super für uns und die Kinder. Sie ist zudem geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viele nützliche Haushaltsgegenstände (auch für längeren Aufenthalt). Metro, Bahnhöfe etc sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Umfeld ist lebendig sozial sehr gemischt. Bürgerliches Wohnen, Bäckereien, Lebensmittel. Viel zu Gucken, günstige Kneipen und Restaurants, aber auch Obdachlosencamps direkt an der Gare du Nord und arme Menschen, denen es am Nötigsten fehlt.
Points négatifs : Die steile Treppe hoch zum Wohnungseingang (war für uns kein Problem), nicht für jeden geeignet.
