Very, very good accommodation for a stay in beautiful Paris

Points positifs : Excellent communication with the property Owner and his Representative. I've got the helpful and friendly support. The apartment very convenient, clean, quiet, well equipped, exceeding expectations. We didn't miss anything. Very close to supermarket, close to bakery, close to underground. Safe Paris district. Many thanks to Mr Gregory, and to Mrs Cecile. Their service was the best during my 20 years experience with holiday properties. This time I have really no doubts to evaluate for 10/10.

Points positifs : Lovely apartment in a great location, within walking distance of Gare de Lyon and several convenient metro stops. There are plenty of shops nearby, and a supermarket on the corner if you want to prepare meals at home. The €1,500 credit card deposit against damage is perhaps excessive, but the staff were courteous and helpful. Recommended!

Quiet, relaxing and picturesque location perfect for groups

Points positifs : For a group of 5 it was quite spacious that we all didn’t feel like we were on top of eachother. The location right near Bastille is perfect. The apartment is located in an alleyway and really stays super quiet.

Points négatifs : I felt some of the appliances and utensils could have been updated. These apart hotels sometimes really don’t understand that coffee machines, door knobs etc. all get used SO MUCH and over time really need to be replaced. It wasn’t bad or anything but something that always stands out to me. Also the freezer hadn’t been cleaned in ages it looked like. It was so frozen over that the door barely shut - how do you ignore this as a property manager?

Points positifs : Time Line apartment is situated in the 11th arr right across Ledru Rollin metro . Has a supermarket right next door for daily groceries. Apartment has everything you require. Very spacious for a family of 5. I wish I was longer here . The host Cecil was very helpful and explained in detail everything we needed to know.

Points positifs : Ottimo alloggio: posizione fantastica in bella zona centrale, vicino a più metro, con tanti negozi, incluso un supermercato, e locali, con l'ulteriore vantaggio di trovarsi in una tranquilla via privata. Appartamento pulito e comodo per 6 persone. Ha 3 camere, una con bagno completo; c'è un altro bagno con doccia e lavandino e a parte uno stanzino con wc e piccolo lavandino. Cucina completa. Molto apprezzata la lavatrice con asciugatura. Zona soggiorno comoda.

Points positifs : Limpio, bien decorado. El Metro en frente, el supermercado en la esquina!! Muchos lugares para comer cerca. Mejor que en las fotos
