Points positifs : Great location near Trocadero, friendly host and the apartment has everything you need. Perfect for solo traveler.

Points négatifs : No wifi and the lift is tiny (and a little fragile) so I wouldn't recommend 2 people staying here.

Perfect location, extremely well-equipped, spotless apartment

Points positifs : Very well-equipped apartment. It’s surprising how much has been fitted into such a small space. Everything you might need is there – from a fridge and washing machine to disposable razors and even an umbrella. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was a big plus. The owner was also very helpful and easy to contact. The location is excellent, with metro stations just a short walk away. The street is pleasant an safe with charming historic buildings.

Points négatifs : One downside: the apartment is located at the end of a long, narrow, winding corridor, far from the stairs. I was a bit concerned about fire safety, as evacuation in an emergency might be difficult if not impossible. This made me slightly uneasy.

Points positifs : It’s an amazing location with a beautiful view, it’s very small but has everything you need. Good to know is that the apartment is on the sixth floor and theres only one tiny elevator, there’s also no wifi.

Points négatifs : very soft mattress and thin pillows

You HAVE to book it

Points positifs : The location is beyond amazing!!! You're less than 5 min away from the Eiffel Tower. You can see it shine from the window. The most tourists meteo stations are just up the street. It's too cheap for what you're getting

Points négatifs : There were no mugs 🥺 and the bedside light was out

Смело могу рекомендовать

Points positifs : Хоть ремонт и не первой свежести, но все аккуратно и опрятно. Есть стиральная машина (было бы отлично ещё добавить сушилку, хотя бы небольшую). Есть кухня с микроволновкой, плитой и холодильником. Квартира в целом хорошо укомплектована. Главное преимущество - расположение. До метро идти не больше 5 минут (рядом две станции разных веток), вокруг много кафе, магазинов, остановки общественного транспорта практически рядом с домом. И самое главное - рядом одна из лучших смотровых на Эйфелеву башню. Очень хороший хозяин, был на связи. Когда нас подвёл flixbus, любезно нас подождал.

Points négatifs : Снимаю балл за размер апартаментов. Для одного отлично, но вдвоем было тесновато.

Points positifs : Muy buena ubicación y bien equipado. El dueño nos esperó hasta muy tarde para poder hacer el check in, lo cual agradecemos mucho..

Points négatifs : Sólo que Es muy pequeño, y tiene sofá cama (no cama).. pero era cómodo.
