A perfect base to explore Paris. We would definitely book again.

Points positifs : The apartment is well decorated, with amazing art on the walls. Two bathrooms with shower / toilet in each with toiletries and towels included. The location is perfect. Two minutes from a car park, two mins from the subway, and instant access to lots of bars / restaurants/ shops. It is a very lively area. Walking distance from Notre Dam / St Michel. The host was very helpful, and gave us lots of great tips to make the most out of our visit to Paris.

Stunning apartment in Le Marais.

Points positifs : Elegantly designed, very central and yet very comfortable. Amazing kitchen and laundry facilities- everything you need really. The host was extremely hospitable and helpful. 5 stars!

Quiet arty apartment with great beds and showers

Points positifs : V comfortable beds. Good showers. Lovely well equipped laundry room. Lovely helpful host. Clean and secure communal staircase and lift. Quiet inside apartment even though the area is lively. Great coffee and pastries at Urban Cafe next door. Easy walking to major sights, didn’t use the metro once, but did use Batobus boat for Hop in Hop off travel, to get to Eiffel Tower, Musée Dorsay and Louvre.

Points négatifs : Quite a lot of busy art and visual items so it was hard to find a space for eyes to rest. Having said that would definitely recommend, and happily stay here again.

Points positifs : Wonderful and super informative hosts that shared so many great recommendations. Excellent Location and brilliant location! The beds and bedding were heaven, best sleep I have ever had away from home. Will definitely stay here again. Michelene

Lovely flat in a great location.

Points positifs : The location just couldn't be better and the flat is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Collecting the keys was easy and the hosts allowed us to leave our bags for longer than the checkout time. Despite the central location close to lots of bars the bedrooms were very quiet with no noise disturbance whatsoever.

Points négatifs : The flat is done to a very high standard and the hosts obviously want to keep it that way (which is perfectly understandable) so most of the cupboards and drawers are sealed with red stickers, to enable the hosts to keep their private things off limits, and no shoes are allowed inside. This did make it a little hard to really relax and feel at home. But this wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Points positifs : The owner was extremely hospitable, warm - the best host - felt like home away from home. The amenities like coffee tea 👍 more than that he had many other kitchen items and a bottle of wine ❤️ We will always stay here in Paris if the place is available

One of Marais' best places to stay while in Paris

Points positifs : The place is very modern in a historical building so you get the best of both worlds and get to experience what it feels like to live in Paris. The location in Marais is amazing with easy walking to Notre Dame, Louvre, Pantheon, Latin Quarter and so many excellent places to eat and people watch in any direction you walk. It's a short and easy subway ride to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Montmartre, etc. The place is quite large and very quiet which can be a blessing after being out in the crowds all day. The art work and decoration are very modern and excellent. The host is extremely responsive and does his best to ensure your visit to Paris enjoyable.

Points négatifs : The place is maybe too large and on the pricier side for a single person or couple who want to eat out most of the time. It is better suited for families or friends and those who want to cook and eat meals in the unit.
