Very nice flat close to the metro station. Perfect to reach easely the main part of the city.

Great apartment and location with a friendly owner

Points positifs : Loved the spacious living area, the close proximity to the metro and supermarkets. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment is on the top floor and had a lovely view down a quiet street. Access to the apartment was really easy

Points négatifs : The apartment is on the fifth floor and there’s no lift so there are a few stairs but it’s not a big hassle. A small shower but the rest of the apartment makes up for it.

Points positifs : Дуже гарне розташування, близько транспорт, магазини, пекарня. Гарний вид із вікна. В квартирі було чисто, випрана постіль. Мали обігрівачі в кожній кімнаті, кавоварка, тостер.

Points négatifs : Сходи на 5 поверх, в звʼязку з тим що старий будинок то погана вентиляція і в звʼязку з цим є затхлий запах в квартирі, нам забули додати ще одне простирадло.

Points négatifs : Dla niektorych osob wejscie na 5 pietro moze byc uyrudnieniem, dla nas nie byl to zaden problem, typowa paryska stara kamienica.

Points positifs : Чудова Паризька квартира з гарним видом з вікна. Зручне розташування, поруч є остановки, спокійна, чиста вулиця. Все необхідне наявне, чайник, кавоварка, холодильник, плита, пральна машинка, духовка, посуд. (Микрохвильовки немає). Поряд магазини та кафе. 15 хвилин пішки до Мулен Руж.

Points négatifs : Майте на увазі, що немає ліфту, потрібно підійматись пішки на пʼятий поверх. Сходи не зручні. В квартирі пильно. Немає кондиціонеру, але є декілька вентиляторів.
