Despite such a wonderful accommodation, there is no soundproofing at all, which ruins all the splendor.
Points positifs : The shower room was very spacious and stylish, and all the facilities were the latest, which was very comfortable. The host was also very accommodating, sending me an instruction which translation to Japanese, and was fluent in English. He did his best to accommodate even the smallest of requests without a single complaint. The response was very fast, and he grasped about the system of this accommodation well, so the problem was solved accurately, and the hospitality was the highest level. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful Parisian buildings, with many clothing stores and supermarkets within walking distance, and it is safe and quiet.
Points négatifs : There were two problems. If you put hot water of 40 degrees in the bathtub, the hot water will run out in about two-thirds of bathtub. So I can't take a shower after that. Also, after using hot water in the shower, there is not enough hot water to fill the bathtub full . The biggest problem was the soundproofing. You could hear your neighbors' sounds very loud and clear, as if they were in the same room. You could hear conversations, music, and the sound of people climbing the stairs, all clearly. If there was at least a normal level of soundproofing, it would be worth the price, and it would be a nice room that I would want to stay in for weeks.

Modern apartment close to the metro
Points positifs : Very close to metro station convention, so you can get everywhere real quickly. Good appartement with a bathroom on each floor. Couch can be converted to a bed. Has a Nespresso machine for good coffee in the morning. Easy check in / check out with qr code as a key. Monoprix store nearby. Some restaurants and fast food near by. Take a backpack instead of a trolley if you can. Apartment feels very new and updated. Room matched the photos
Points négatifs : Quite expensive but hey it is Paris and you still can sleep there with 4. Communication is all digital. Basically you don't see anybody, there is no reception. Still they are responsive via chat and if you want fast check-in check-out thats great. For us, we decided on back packs because early check-in was not available and not clear if you can leave your luggage there.

Fixtures and furnishings 100% IKEA.
Points positifs : Modern interior design, nice lighting control. Nice shower and kitchenette (could have used a frying pan).
Points négatifs : Not crazy about having to use to flash a QR code to unlock the room door.
