Amazing for groups!

Points positifs : The appartment was very spacious, clean and a great location

Points négatifs : Nothing! Would absolutely recommend the appartment. One minorrr tip: a small dusbin in the bathroom would be great, and some more mirrors (perhaps on in the rooms?). Of course these are very minor details!!

So much space in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : The apartment was spacious !! So much room. Actually they were 2 apartments . So our kids had their private space. Location was superb . Next to metro stations and so many bakeries, supermarkets, fruit shops, and delicatessens. Washing machines , dishwashers. Very accommodating people. Immediate response.

Points positifs : La posizione molto comoda, l’appartamento grande rispetto a quello che si trova a Parigi. Letti comodi. Lo consiglio

Points négatifs : Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il sistema di apertura della porta d’ingresso con tastierino elettronico e in certi momenti è stato spiacevole non riuscire ad entrare in casa. Abbiamo suggerito di aggiornare il sistema.

Excelente piso . El mejor piso en en cual me haya alojado en los 10 últimos años . El dueño y el staff son muy acomodado

Points positifs : Está todo muy nuevo , muy limpio, muy cómodo y muy luminoso . Piso muy bien ubicado , en una zona muy interesante, muy bien conectada y muy segura .

Points négatifs : La rue de Sèvres puede ser un poco ruidosa en la mañana para los que quieren dormir tarde

Spacious apartment in a great location

Points positifs : Very spacious and clean apartment. Good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location with many shops nearby, and a few minutes walk to the metro. Hosts were very fast to respond. There is a lift, so travelling with lots of luggage is easy.

Ready to move in

Points positifs : The apartment is perfect from the location, to the facilities to beds, new bathrooms and kitchens (yes, two!) ICO was flexible and so helpful. The apartment is beautiful and everything is brand new, but still has that Parisian charm. You can easily walk everywhere and there are grocery stores, boulangeries, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Points négatifs : Absolutely no complaints! Even our teenagers loved it, which is really saying something!
