Excellent choix

Points positifs : Très bonne localisation (500 m de la Place des Vosges). Proximité transports en commun (bus 25 min. direct Gare du Nord), restos, boulangeries. Spacieux (60 m2) et très calme. Déco et aménagement agréables. Propriétaires très aimables et parlant le français, l'anglais et l'espagnol.

Points négatifs : Il est utile de savoir, au cas oû, que l'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

The most perfectly Parisian apartment in the best location in Le Marais!

Points positifs : What a perfectly Parisian apartment...and big compared to usual European places! The location was absolutely perfect if you love Le Marais and all of the local neighborhood vibes. It's very close to the Marche des Enfants Rouge area which is fantastic, lively and very cultural. The apartment is in an older building on the 4th floor, but we had no regrets about that since it felt so homey inside. Lots of antique furniture and wood on the floor and ceiling. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked which allowed us to cook dinners. Charming and convenient...we loved it!

Points négatifs : The shower was quite small, but the water temp and pressure made up for it. We really have no complaints!

Points positifs : Real French apartment in an ancient house. Real spirit of the France. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help

Beautiful bright apartment in the heart of Marais

Points positifs : great location and a very spacious apartment. There are 4 flights of stairs....daily exersize!!! The charm of the apartment is the exposed ceiling beams and large windows..... the bed is a little lumpy. Kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom a bit tricky - very small/narrow/ and a very little step to getting in/out of shower. The location is fabulous- easy access to the neighbourhood/metro/markets- Sunday is the Bastille farmers market. up the street is the Comptoir Turenne - excellent food/friendly service all day long.

Unusually large and spacious appartment in Le Marais - fantastic host

Points positifs : This is an unusually large apartment in Le Marais. Not typical of French appartments. Lot's of steps to get to the appartment. We had lots of luggage which is unusual, since we stayed two months in France. Decor is eclectic and unusual but charming. The owner was absolutely fantastic. He is amazing. He carried our bags all they up. Could not have been more accomodating. Nothing was too inconvenient for him. Available all the time.

Points négatifs : Unfortunately, there were two parties in other units that went on until 3 AM. Extremely loud and rude appartment owners and renters. Well beyond the scope of our host , but he did everything he could to help.

Perfect for a short or a long term stay.
