Super séjour dans un logement charmant et bien placé

Points positifs : Emplacement top, immeuble calme, lits confortables

Je recommande vivement , on y a passé un très bon séjour

Points positifs : L emplacement de l appartement est idéal , spacieux , avec plein de bon restaurant tt autour

Points négatifs : Manque de literie , serviette draps et couettes

Super appartement pour un bref séjour professionnel à Paris !

Points positifs : Accès facile, rapide et efficace ! Instructions claires pour rentrer ! L'appartement est confortable et très calme.

Points négatifs : L'appartement pourrait être plus clean avec du matériel un peu plus solide. La planche de WC était fissurée à notre arrivée.

Points positifs : La qualité de l'appartement et de ses équipements.

Points négatifs : La démarche pour y accéder ! Bien compliqué avec ce tout dématérialisé et cet obligation de transmettre par fichier ses papiers d'identité , à une époque où les arnaques internet sont de plus en plus fréquente. C'est franchement stressant.

Appartement idéal pour un déplacement entre collègues ou un séjour entre amis

Points positifs : Le calme (excellente isolation phonique de la rue), la literie, l'espace (plus grand que je l'imaginais), le confort les équipements le tout pour un prix raisonnable à 3.

Points négatifs : Le manque de clarté sur pour dépôt de garanti de 2000 € (et jamais vu un tel montant pour une location) et le règlement de la taxe de séjour (pourquoi ne pas l'inclure lors du règlement sur booking ?). Heureusement que j'ai été contacté par l'hôte car je pensais que tout était ok et m'inquiétais de ne pas avoir reçu le code d'entrée. Pas réussi à me connecter au wifi (le code sur la document d'accueil ne fonctionnait pas).

Séjour agréable dans un très bel appartement

Points positifs : Très bel appartement, très propre, grand, bien équipé excepté le linge de vaisselle, manquant.

Points négatifs : Le bruit dans les 2 chambres côté rue et le réveil nocturne et matinal dans la 3eme chambre lié à la présence d’enfants dans l’appartement du 2eme étage.

Points positifs : Very well equipped and clean. Location is fantastic, public transport, shopping and restaurants all very close by. Friendly people in the building.

Points négatifs : Two keys would have been nice. Also although the apartment was very clean the furnishings in the living room could use a deep clean. Also there were some small breakage (shower door, drawer).

A highly satisfactory stay at a beautiful and convenient location!

Points positifs : Fantastic location — bakeries (right next door/photo attached), cafés, and the metro all just a short walk away. Slightly off the tourist trail, which gave it a lovely local feel — we loved watching everyday Parisian life from the lounge window. The bedrooms were stylish and comfortable, with clear check-in instructions. Perfect for our family of four (2 adult children) — so much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Points négatifs : The only drawback was that the apartment, though spacious for six people, has just one toilet. There’s a separate shower room, but the shower cubicle is slightly elevated and could feel a bit awkward to step out of. Nothing major — just something to be aware of. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful apartment overall.

Pleasant apartment in a great location

Points positifs : The apartment is situated in a great location in Le Marais. Lots to great attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. A couple of Metro stations are very close by for easy travel to attractions further away for those who don't want to do much walking. Bedrooms are an adequate size, and the living area is comfortable for a group of four.

Points négatifs : The kitchen area could do with being a bit bigger but we didn't cook so was ok for our needs.
