Cadre paisible espacé et bien équipé
Points positifs : L'appartement est bien équipé et bien espacé pour le séjour d'un couple
Points négatifs : L'absence d'indication sur l'utilisation de la plaque chauffante et l'accès aux images de la télévision.Par ailleurs pendant 5 nuits je n'ai pas occupé l'appartement qui m'est destiné parce que l'appartement que j'ai réservé était occupé par des inconnus. Ce qui pose véritablement un problème de sécurité. J'ai donc occupé pendant 5 nuits sur 10 un appartement dont le coût est inférieur à celui que j'ai réservé et très exiguë et aucune démarche n'a été faite pour me dédommager. Aussi il y a une école d'enfants à côté qui font beaucoup de bruit en journée

Points positifs : Apartment is very nice and modern, really close to the subway station The area not the nicest but it was quiet at night at least
Points négatifs : Kinda surprising that the bathroom was basically in the bedroom) I don’t know if it was mentioned anywhere, because me and my friend booked it really fast so there was no time for thinking

Gran valor por precio en Paris y excelente servicio al cliente
Points positifs : El personal muy atento y siempre contestando rápido, el apartamento limpio y las comodidades del apartamento muy útiles, muy bonita la decoración también
Points négatifs : La seguridad de la entrada, para reservas largas deberían ofrecer servicio de limpieza como normalmente lo hacen, la ubicación de la única ventana es directa hacia la calle entonces no pudimos abrir la ventana por el ruido de carros y personas (se podía mejorar la ventilación)

Points positifs : Отличное рамположение, 2 минуты до метро. Рядом супермаркет. В аппартаментах очень чисто, новая посуда и техника. Хозяева на связи, достаточно быстро помогали решить какие-то вопросы
Points négatifs : Отсутствует дверь в туалете.

Points positifs : Close to metro, comfy room. Very quiet even with activity on the street. Good restaurant recommendations by the host.
Points négatifs : Sink by the bed. No rug out of the shower on a floor that gets very slippery when wet. Hit my foot on the step into the bedroom out of the bedroom haha

Points positifs : El departamento es muy cómodo y acogedor. El anfitrión estuvo siempre preocupado por nosotros. Muy cerca del metro.
Points négatifs : Las calles aledañas no son muy agradables.

Points positifs : Tutto nuovo e pulito, carino e accogliente. Buono il letto, begli asciugamani e cucina e bagno. Comodo e fornito di tutto. C'è anche Netflix e una bella televisione se interessa. Tutto sommato siamo state molto contente, anche per il prezzo veramente buono per Parigi. Per noi era molto comoda la posizione.
Points négatifs : Manca la porta del bagno e della camera, se vai in bagno non c'è alcuna privacy (il bagno si vede dalla camera, dal salotto e dalla cucina), Il lavandino è in camera ed è molto scomodo per lavarsi. Un po' di odore di umido, la finestra sulla strada al piano terra e ingresso in cortile stretto. Nessuna vista. Il sistema checkmyguest (self check-in) non mi è piaciuto, ti mandano tantissimi messaggi ma poi quando ho provato a contattare qualcuno non mi è riuscito. Quando sono stata poi contattata la persona era molto gentile ma non mi serviva. Tra mail e messaggi di booking e checkmyguest mi hanno mandato gli stessi messaggi infinite volte, facevo fatica a ritrovare le informazioni utili. Per checkout o check-in in altro orario mi hanno richiesto se lo volevo fare (è ovviamente a pagamento) non so più quante volte.
