Points positifs : Lovely Parisian property in a nice neighbourhood. Easy access to the metro to explore Paris and plenty of bistros and boulangeries near by. Would stay again! 😊

Flexible i fàcil de viure-hi

Points positifs : Va ser un lloc tranquil i pràctic que ens va anar molt bé durant la nostra estada a París. Tot estava ben muntat i feia que des del primer moment tot fos còmode i fàcil. A més, estar a prop d’algunes zones amb ambient li donava un punt extra, perquè podíem sortir i improvisar sense haver de planificar gaire.

Points positifs : Se per te la comodità è importante, questa struttura soddisfa pienamente le aspettative. Mi è piaciuto quanto fosse tutto facilmente accessibile, sia all’interno dell’appartamento sia nei dintorni. La disposizione ha reso semplice sistemarsi rapidamente e concentrarsi sul godersi il viaggio. C’era un buon equilibrio tra privacy e accessibilità. È stata una base affidabile e confortevole per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno.

Points positifs : The apartment had a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It was comfortable enough to spend time in during the day. The space was well-arranged and easy to live in. I felt relaxed throughout the stay. Overall, it left a positive impression.

Points positifs : Хорошие апартаменты в спокойном районе. В квартире есть всё необходимое: много посуды, швабра, пылесос, духовка и принадлежности к ней. Заселение оказалось несложным — предоставляют подробное описание, а при необходимости высылают видеоинструкцию. Очень понравился сам подъезд, лестница, двери..

Points négatifs : При бронировании за сутки до заезда не заметила, что требуется залог в 500 евро. После оплаты связь с персоналом была затруднённой, инструкции по заселению пришли лишь за 10 минут до начала.Если такие условия-просто предупредите! Также хочу отметить, что жильё предлагает бонусы за оценку «10», что, на мой взгляд, некорректно — отзывы должны быть честными и объективными.

17th - a good base to see Paris

Points positifs : Lovely family and student neighbourhood close to two metros that lead to the main sights of Paris which was a bonus. The local shops were great. Loved the washing machine and the beds - main bed and sofa - were exceptionally comfortable. Strong water pressure for shower. The staff were very responsive to communications once we had arrived.

Points négatifs : Apartment is located ob the fourth floor of a walk up. In the blazing heat it was very challenging to take luggage up without a lift. Without air conditioning it was abysmally hot so we had to ask for a fan. Two fans for that space for each room in which guests slept would have been best instead of one. We had to keep our windows open to let air through but it meant that the exceedingly loud patrons from the bar below kept us awake until 1 AM which was a downside.
