Excellent séjour, tout était parfait!

Points positifs : Tout était simple au niveau de la communication avec Luca, très disponible. L’appartement est très bien équipé, très confortable et très bien situé.

A lovely place to stay with my wife and sister while we explored Paris.

Points positifs : Good location close to the Metro, cafes and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with everything needed provided. Luca is a great host and always responded quickly to our questions.

Points négatifs : Nothing at all.

We enjoyed our stay very much, our host was very helpful as well

Points positifs : The location was great - lots of restaurants/cafes/shops and transport options close by. It was easy to walk places too

Points négatifs : Evenings were a little bit noisy outside but only for a few hours and generally we were up as well so not really a problem for us

First Paris trip

Points positifs : Beautiful, quite large and very comfortable flat, very new and stylish containing everything you need! The host is very helpful and well- organized. Excellent location in a very authentic neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The touristy spots are easy to reach by metro. Convenient parking space is available if you are an excellent driver. Staying at the great flat made our first Paris experience perfect.

Perfect place to stay

Points positifs : Perfect location. Close to République metro and bars for food . Very quiet. Spotless. Luca the manager was helpful and easy to contact. Easy to get into central Paris and the area feels safe and has a great vibe. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Wonderful place along beautiful Canal Saint Martin and the nicest host

Points positifs : We had a wonderful experience at the Great Flat. Luca was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris perfect (for example he went the extra mile in helping us get my backpack back which I had forgotten in the taxi on our arrival day) The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and clean. Everything was as good and as clean as it seemed online. And the location is perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris.

Very modern and clean apartment close to the center of Paris - perfect choice

Points positifs : Very modern, new and clean apartment. Perfect location - close to the center, 3 minutes to subway station. Supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes from the apartment. Our host Luca - very freindly, helpful, reliable. We could not choose better

Points négatifs : In hot summer we would probably miss air-conditioning.

Points positifs : The Great flat is really Great Flat. The owner Luca is very great, he informs us about everything, he showed us everything upon arrival, he is willing. You will not miss anything in Great flat. It is very well equipped, modern, clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped, super Italian coffee directly from the coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove... everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom is clean, large, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer... you even have a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board... availability near the center, metro station La Republic one street. I have nothing to complain about, everything was great. I recommend and for sure, when I visit Paris again, I will only come to Luca :)
