Highly Recommended Comfortable Apartment in the vibrant Le Marais Area of Paris

Points positifs : We loved the location of the ground floor property in a vibrant area of Paris near many shops and restaurants and a small supermarket just around the corner. We also enjoyed the comfort of the property. The heating was effective and the bed was comfortable. Although smallish the apartment had ample wardrobe space for a 5 day stay and the washing machine meant we could travel lighter. It was perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay with tea and coffee facilities on arrival. The high speed WiFi was useful too for watching the smart TVs. The property is a short walk from Notre Dame and St Michel station hence it was ideal for visiting the Eiffel Tower, Versailles and accessing the cruises on the Seine.

Points négatifs : There was no window in the bedroom but we opened the salon window in the morning to change the air around the apartment. The wall between the bedroom and the salon wasn’t substantial if one of us wanted to sleep and the other watch TV. There was a travel cot taking up space in the bedroom which we moved into the living room while we were there. However there was nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Overall the apartment was ideal for us and we would definitely consider booking it again.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic. Beautiful area with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. Good and well-designed apartment. And most importantly no stairs at all. Very easy for a family with luggage. The hostess is very nice.

Points négatifs : It would be nice if there was a little more flow in the shower and air flow in the rooms. But that's nonsense compared to the advantages of the apartment

Great Location, Comfortable Accommodations, Excellent Wi-Fi.

Points positifs : Clean, comfortable bed, lots of lights, good heater, nice sitting area, and well stocked with things we needed (e.g., cleaning and paper supplies, wine glasses and dishes, bread knife, trash bags, soaps, etc.). For anyone working remotely, the Wi-Fi was excellent: no outages, strong signal, and two people were able to host video calls at the same time with no problems. There’s also a floating desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the great room, which creates two separated work spaces. Great location: close to many restaurants and shops, but very quiet at all times of day and night. There is a combo washer/ dryer machine, with laundry soap provided. It takes several hours to wash and dry your clothes, but it works well and is quite handy for longer stays.

Points négatifs : The bathroom — while clean and functional — is small, and the shower is very small. Totally workable for one person, but it’s tough for two people to get ready in there at the same time.

Mooi compleet appartement op een centrale locatie in Marais

Points positifs : Super locatie en zeer duidelijke instructies vanuit de host. Het appartement zag er keurig uit en alles was compleet en werkend, zelfs met wasmachine. Als je de deur uit gaat sta je direct midden in Marais met alle leuke winkeltjes, cafés en restaurants. De host heeft veel gestoken in een hele duidelijke instructie over de aankomst, het verblijf en het vertrek, incl foto's en video's.

Points négatifs : De douche was lekker warm, maar de waterstraal was vrij slap. Het appartement heeft 1 raam aan de voorkant en niet in de slaapkamer, dus kon daar niet zo goed luchten. De afzuiging in de badkamer lijkt defect of werkt erg matig. Paar kleine minpuntjes, maar is zeker geen probleem voor ons geweest

Points positifs : Struttura pulita, bagni piccolo ma ben strutturato, con doccia grande. Posizione top con locali nelle immediate vicinanze. Cucina comprensiva di tutto il necessario. Ottima la comunicazione col proprietario.

Points négatifs : Difficoltoso arieggiare la stanza da letto (priva di finestra)

Points positifs : Świetna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, wygodne łóżka, przytulna sypialnia, wyposażenie, cisza.

Points négatifs : Wilgoc w mieszkaniu.

Points positifs : Struttura accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavasciuga, macchina del caffè e bollitore. 2 Smart tv presenti in sala e in camera. La posizione perfetta, nel cuore di Parigi, in una via molto tranquilla a due passi dai locali e dai servizi (supermarket, metro, bar, ristoranti). Host gentile e sempre disponibile.
