Points négatifs : Not a problem for us but the stairs might be too much for some people, 5th floor with a spiral staircase. We enjoyed the extra exercise...

Points positifs : The apartment was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. There was everything you could need for your stay and it was very clean. The view of the Sacré Coeur was beautiful, especially at sunset and early in the morning. Montmartre was just a short walk away and the area had plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Fabrice is an excellent host, he was very accommodating when we were severely delayed due to the cancellation of our train. We liked the welcoming touches: wine, fruit juice, jam and interesting decor. The guide to the amenities was really useful and very clear.

Wonderful top-floor Parisian flat with fab views
Points positifs : Gorgeous two-storey top-floor flat with views of Sacré Coeur. Fabrice is a really nice and responsive host. Flat has all you need for a great stay. Will def stay there again
Points négatifs : Didn’t dislike anything, but it’s on the top (fifth) floor, so if stairs aren’t your thing, you should be aware of this

More than pictures
Points positifs : The most authentic apartments to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Paris. The perfect romantic place for a couple. Amazing view of the Sacre-Coeur, breakfasts with view of Montmartre hill and croissants from the nearest boulangerie. Close to the Chateau Rouge metro station. The apartment has everything you need: cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, bed with comfortable mattress... Everything is comfortable, convenient and clean. There is heating in the cold season. Many thanks to Fabrice for his hospitality, care and detailed instructions! The guestbook is perfect! Merci beaucoup! This is the best apartment in all our travels!
Points négatifs : Some features are the 5th floor, a narrow spiral staircase, no elevator, the area is multicultural and lively on weekends. But for us there were not problems.

Great stay , great apartment
Points positifs : Great place to stay, two minute walk to Château Rouge metro, great bars and local restaurants just around the corner.
Points négatifs : If your not very fit climbing the stairs up to the appartment will test your legs, it didn’t bother us…

Perfekt für einen Trip zu Zweit nach Paris!
Points positifs : Die Wohnung war perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Paris! Wir waren 4 Tage dort, aber man hätte problemlos auch länger in der Wohnung sein können. Alles war vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf Sacre Coeur ist unglaublich! Alles war sauber und die Wohnung gemütlich. Für Pariser Verhältnisse hat man sehr viel Platz.
Points négatifs : Die Lage ist an sich auch sehr gut: In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Metro-Station und in ca. 10 Minuten inmitten von Montmartre mit vielen schönen Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung selbst liegt leider in einer Seitenstraße, die sehr heruntergekommen ist und auch die Gegend selbst ist nicht so schön. Als Paar war es kein Problem, aber als Frau alleine hätte ich mich etwas unsicher gefühlt.

Points positifs : L'appartamento è esattamente come nell'annuncio. È situato nel 18° arrondissement, il quartiere africano (che non gode di buona fama), ma nessuno ci ha disturbato. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla stazione della metro \
Points négatifs : Nulla.

Points positifs : Sehr freundliche Begrüßung; Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar, fragt nach und reagiert sehr schnell. Die großartige Aussicht auf die Kuppel von Sacre Coeur entschädigt vielfach für die steile Treppe in den 5. Stock.
Points négatifs : Keine Wünsche!

Points positifs : Die günstige Lage an der Metro Chateau Rouge. Die Empfehlungen von Fabrice (Restaurants, Bäcker). In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele gute Bistros. Die Gegend ist nicht so teuer. Und die gute Aussicht auf Sacré-Cœur.
