Points positifs : Rien à redire Tout était parfait! Rue très calme et immeuble en plein centre derrière le bon marché!

Points négatifs : Si y avait juste une seule petite chose c est qu il n y a pas les chaînes télé! Seulement netflix

Points positifs : Le propriétaire de l’appartement a été extrêmement communicatif et flexible. Nous avions fait plusieurs demandes spécifiques pour notre bébé de 8 mois, et tout était parfaitement prêt à notre arrivée. Ce fut un vrai bonheur et un immense plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement.

Excellent stay!

Points positifs : The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was actually as spacious as the pictures suggested. The kitchen was fully equipped. Very clean and super friendly hosts. Easy check in with code. Calm neighbourhood but very close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in paris!

Points positifs : What you see is what you get - the apartment is just like in photos, but surprisingly feels much bigger and airier in person. There is well enough room for 3 people. It’s well appointed, clean and well maintained. Everything worked as it should. Located centrally within the arr, there are lots of supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. Check-in and checkout were also extremely easy and hassle free. Communication with the host was also seamless and they reply within a few hours.

Points négatifs : Not to fault the host for an unfortunate event outside their control, the loud construction work during our stay was an inconvenience.

Paris - mon amour

Points positifs : Schöne helle Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche und genug Platz, um zu dritt zu essen. Sehr nah zur Metro und Supermarkt, Geschäfte und Bäcker direkt um die Ecke.

Points négatifs : Dusche nur mit hohem Einstieg, leider aufgrund von Baugerüst sehr früh schon laut. Wir hatten zum Glück vor der zweiten Nacht herausgefunden, dass es Rollläden gibt. Generell wäre eine kleine Mappe mit Erklärungen und Empfehlungen hilfreich.

Recomendo! Voltarei novamente se tiver oportunidade.

Great apartment and location

Points positifs : Apartment is clean and comfortable. Very well set up, had everything we needed. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also near the metro.

Points négatifs : Seems like no fire alarm in the building. There was a fire on a lower floor and i did not notice it until i was leaving the apartment . Went out in the middle of smoke, and a firefighter helped us once he noticed we were still in the building. That is a safety issue. Not the apartment, but the building.

Very pleasant apartment

Points positifs : The owners were friendly and always easy to contact. The apartment is very well located, close to two metro stations, buses, supermarkets, shops and delicious restaurants. It has a pleasant large terrazze, the decor is fun and it is very well equipped.

Points négatifs : During the day there was construction noise on the street. The apartment has a bathtub that can be dangerous for older people. At our request, the owners kindly installed a movable grab bar but it was difficult to get in and out of the tub safely.
