Perfect stay in Paris in a lovely apartment.
Points positifs : The layout of the property was great. More than enough room for the 5 of us. Very handy to have a washing machine in the apartment. Great supply of towels, especially for us with 2 teenage daughters! All the extras left for us to use in the kitchen was a lovely touch. Lovely clean apartment. Location was great for getting around all the sights in Paris & locally for restaurants etc on your doorstep, all very convenient. Owner contact was great, checking in to see if we needed anything for our stay.
Points négatifs : Sofa bed wasn’t too comfy. Water in upstairs bathroom was bit temperamental between hot & cold.

Points positifs : What a fabulous apartment for staying in Paris !it was just perfect for our needs. Situated in the heart of St Germain close to the Sorbonne it was an ideal base for us to enjoy central Paris. Just off the main boulevard of St Michel it has an inner courtyard which is pretty and welcoming. Excellent communication from the owner who was extremely helpful from our booking right through to our departure and was also full of tips for local places to eat and drink. The apartment has very smart decor, is clean and practical and was perfect for our needs, Monoprix was very close by to get some first shopping on arrival. Lovely salon to relax in and a well fitted kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Bedrooms were smart with clean linen and towels supplied. We cannot recommend our stay highly enough and would love to book again ! Thank you so much we had a simply perfect stay !

A nice place, perfect for a family or a group
Points positifs : Location was really good, walking distance from Ile de la Cité and next to the Jardine de Luxembourg. The place offers 2 full bathrooms and enough separation between the rooms. Also the host was really helpful with checkin and checkout.
Points négatifs : Beds a bit soft for us

Superb! Love to come back!
Points positifs : Great location and nicely designed interior. It was very convenient to have dishes and kitchenware provided. Having two toilets and showers was also very helpful. Whenever we had questions, it was easy to get in touch, and the responses were quick.
Points négatifs : We couldn’t figure out how to watch TV, but since we didn’t ask for help, it wasn’t a major issue. The kids did want to watch it, though ;)

Points positifs : O apartamento e espaçoso, as camas confortáveis, cozinha esquipada, a localização e excelente e ainda fica no térreo, não precisando subir as malas por escada, como acaba acontecendo em vários prédios.
Points négatifs : Achei a limpeza um pouco fraca… nada demais, mas faltou mais capricho …o apartamento e grande para conseguirem limpar em tão pouco tempo (chegamos às 5h e a moça ainda estava no apartamento).

Points positifs : Locația excelentă , ajungi pe jos foarte repede la majoritatea atracțiilor , stație de Metro la 300 metri .pentru noi a fost minunată
Points négatifs : Lipsa curățeniei , praf sub paturi , covorul din living foarte murdar , podeaua murdara ,vasele necesitau spălate înainte de a le folosi , având urme de mâncare pe ele . Este singurul lucru care nu mi-a plăcut și las comentariul ăsta ca un sfat pt proprietari să știe să discute cu fetele de la curățenie … este păcat la cat de frumoasă este locație să de a gres din cauza curatentie
