A spacious, charming Parisian apartment
Points positifs : The apartment is really very charming. Great sized rooms, high ceilings and elegant, typically French decor and furnishings. The host was very helpful with regard to access, and it was very clean. It was also lovely and warm which was great as it was an incredibly cold January weekend when we stayed. The location is great, opposite a lovely coffee shop and a ten minute walk into the heart of Le Marais. We would definitely stay here again.
Points négatifs : Nothing, we thought it was great. Some people may think it’s a little tired, but it’s imperfections are part of its charm.

The stay was completely perfect. Stay at this apartment if you are saying in Paris.
Points positifs : The apartment was amazing. Completely Parisian. Large space to host the 5 guests staying at the property. The location was excellent!
Points négatifs : The only thing was that we ran out of toilet paper during our stay and had to go and purchase our own.

Points positifs : Apart from how beautiful it was, I really enjoyed how close the property was to everything in the city.

Mansión parisina a tu alcance.
Points positifs : La ubicación, a 10-15 min a pie de la orilla del Sena, a la altura de la Ile de France. Muy amplio, éramos 7 personas, y perfecto. La cocina bien equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Botella de vino blanco de bienvenida. Mobiliario como en las fotos. Sofá cama cómodo. Hay ventiladores en todas las estancias. La conserje vive en la portería del edificio. Cualquier cosa que necesites, te la hacen llegar en minutos.
Points négatifs : - El check in: la entrada en la las 16h, y hasta esa hora no te van a dejar entrar. Llegamos un par de horas antes, y pensé que tal vez a las 15h o las 15.30h sería posible entrar, pero no. - El ruido de la tarima/parquet del suelo: es muy viejo (tal vez sea incluso el original de la casa), se mueven todas las tablas y hacen muchísimo ruido. Toda la casa tiene este suelo, menos la cocina y el baño y el aseo. En cuanto uno se levantaba, nos depertábamos todos.

Points positifs : Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt im dieser Wohnung. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich alles ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt. Mittendrin aber nachts ganz ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super.
Points négatifs : Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen.

Casa acogedora en un barrio encantador!
Points positifs : Ubicación y el barrio están estupendos. La casa amplia, muy bonita y muy “parisina” ☺️ Gracias Isabelle.
Points négatifs : Creo que es imprescindible dar dos juegos de llaves. Éramos 6 personas y tener solo unas llaves era bastante incomodo.

Points positifs : Ubicación, decoración y encanto de la casa, amplitud, y limpieza. Fácil comunicación y amabilidad por parte de la propietaria, incluso con detalle de bienvenida
Points négatifs : Solo una ducha en un apartamento de 6 personas (aunque ya estaba indicado en el anuncio), pomos de puertas antiguos que en ocasiones dificulta la apertura. Que a una de las habitaciones se acceda a través de otra, que limita la intimidad
