Points positifs : La propreté, l emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.

Points négatifs : Le chauffage collectif. Il faisait trop chaud dans l appartement.

Points positifs : location of the place is good. apartment is a bit worn but in general it was fine. everything was clean and tidy

Points négatifs : in one of the bedrooms close to entrance door in the morning was quite noisy because all noises comming through thiny gypsum wall can be heard from corridor which is connected to the other apartment. a lot of forms to be filled before check in. also surprise was that city tax was not included in the price and we had to pay it additionaly filling again strange forms on the website. it takes time

Points positifs : Very beautiful decor, very comfortable, despite having only one toilet. It's located in the common area, not attached to any of the bedrooms, so that helped. It was fine for a group of 3 females, but I see this being a problem for 5 or more people. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was water, coffee and tea for us. Location is phenomenal ✨️ walked to the eifel tower. Uber to the main attractions was 12/13 euro. Checking instructions were detailed and clear, we had no issues. Management was very prompt with responses.

Points négatifs : The 4 pm. check-in was a major inconvenience as we flew from the US and landed at 7 am. Having no place to shower and change after an overnight flight made the first day less enjoyable than it could have been. We paid 30 euros to store our luggage at the hotel nearby so we could wander around. There are no instructions on how to use appliances. Specifically washing machine. It's all in french, I had to watch quite a few YouTube videos to figure out what container under the sink had the detergent and how to load it. I didn't need to spend my precious vacation time doing that. Short instructions in English would have been appreciated. We ran out of toilet paper. We stayed 4 nights only. No extra sheet sets. If anyone wanted to change sheets, they couldn't without having to laundry theirs. The property is on the ground floor, so the beautiful french style windows do not have a breathtaking view. No big deal, but the pictures led me to believe they would.

Points négatifs : Two excellent bathrooms, but only 1 toilet…it was clearly stated in the listing that there was only 1 toilet, so we were not surprised…only negative about the apartment
