Points positifs : Everything is new and very clean. Hosts are very helpful and welcoming.

Points négatifs : Apartment is located on zero floor. It was quite noisy during nights.

Would recommend this apartment.

Points positifs : Modern clean and spacious Two buses on the road going to Centre of Paris. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Bakery very close and Carrfor supermarket. Would stay again.

Points négatifs : Two shower rooms but only one toilet.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Points positifs : Apartamento moderno, amueblado con gusto y bien equipado. Duchas excelentes.

Points négatifs : Publicitado con dos baños, lo que es cierto si entendemos como tal lavabos y duchas, pero solo tiene un wc. Debería tener una escoba y una fregona, necesarias para estancias de varios días. El portal de acceso común a otras viviendas no produce buena impresión, pero el apartamento está bastante bien.

Points positifs : Очень чисто. Достаточно просторно. Две ванные комнаты. Кухня с посудой. Персонал супер. Нам даже разрешили заселились раньше без доплаты. При возникновении вопросов, отвечали быстро. До разных веток метро не более 10 минут пешком. Недалеко есть много Бистро с вкусной едой. Супермаркеты, заправка... расположение очень хорошее. Также отмечу наличие стиральной и сушильные машин

Points négatifs : Не так чтоб катастрофически, но есть некоторые проблемы с нагревом горячей воды. Но надо отметить, что нам помогли все исправить очень быстро. И один туалет. Для 5 человек немного неудобно. Дорогая парковка ( но это не к хозяину, а к городу 😉)

Great experience, would have spent a few more days!

Points positifs : Very happy with our stay at this location. We are a family of five and fitted very comfortably in this spacious and functional apartment, with plenty of storage space and numerous power outlets. Beds were very comfortable and having three bathrooms, two with showers, is a great plus especially in the mornings, when five people (three teenagers) need to quickly get ready to hit the street and enjoy Paris. The sorroundings provide with a variety of options to serve your needs, ranging from supermarkets, to bakeries, cafés and laundromats. Public transport is also covered, with three different metro lines within 10-15min walking distance. Added to the above, the Checkmyguest staff was friendly and very supportive in effectively solving a couple of minor issues.

Points négatifs : Some missing tools: spoons, forks, knifes, dish drainer, other basic kitchen tools, and garbage disposal instructions

Super Aufenthalt!

Points positifs : Moderne und saubere Wohnung. Tiptop ausgestattet. Gastgeber haben schnell auf unsere Anfrage nach einer zweiten Bettdecke reagiert - vielen Dank! :) Wir sind vollum zufrieden!

Points négatifs : Im Durchgang etwas kalt, ansonsten schön warm. Die Wohnung liegt im 20. Arrondissement, was wir ja vorher gewusst haben. Etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, aber dafür sehr wenig Touristen und viele Einheimische, was wiederum schön war. :)
