Super séjour dans ce loft idéalement situé !!!
Points positifs : Appartement tout confort. Idéalement situé dans petite impasse proche du Canal Saint Martin. Excessivement propre et chaleureux. nous recommandont vivement. Les échanges avec la conciergeris ont été excellents. Nous avons passé un fort agréable moment dans cet appartement.
Points négatifs : Quasi rien. Petite proposition : ajouter une poubelle pour le tri.

Points positifs : Emplacement idéal, appartement spacieux , confortable et conforme à notre attente. Bonne literie. Informations bien détaillées pour l'arrivée dans les lieux. Aucun bruit dans l'immeuble et extérieur.
Points négatifs : Des manques dans la cuisine, Pour ce standing, des verres à pied manquants, dépareillés, 2 flûtes à champagne seulement, pas de produit pour lave vaisselle...des détails certes mais à ce niveau incontournable..il me semble indispensable que le checking soit fait à chaque location. Étonnée de n'avoir eu aucun retour de la conciergerie pour signaler notre arrivée/ départ/ les verres manquants.

Good value for the space, accommodation and environment.
Points positifs : Great space, lots of room, bedrooms and excellent kitchen. One of the best equipped kitchens in self-catering accommodation I've stayed in. Hosts checked in by message on the first day to see if everything was OK, and they were responsive to my various questions.
Points négatifs : Nothing major - some areas could do with a little touch up of paint. A number of bulbs are out as well. But that's nit-picking.

Points positifs : A very spacious apartment with everything that a family could need. Wonderful to have two bathrooms and an additional toilet. The AC was useful as the weather was warm. The location for us was great and very good value for money - thank you.
Points négatifs : Very minor point but a couple of the dining room chairs were a little wobbly.

Beautiful and spacious apartment close to Seine and lively area
Points positifs : Extremely spacious apartment that is beautifully decorated and an aircon outlet in every area. It is close to a few different metros. Kitchen is well stocked. The people administering the property was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than the check in time especially helped due to one of the family being sick.
Points négatifs : Nothing that we did not like, but it would be nice to have a “manual” to explain how to change the aircon in the various areas especially during heat wave.

Ein großzügiges, stilvolles Apartment in einem wunderschönen Stadtteil von Paris.
Points positifs : Das Apartment ist großzügig, schön aufgeteilt und mit gutem Gespür eingerichtet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man überhaupt brauchen könnte – von der großen Badewanne in einem riesigen Badezimmer über Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine und Kaffeemaschine bis zu WLAN und Smart TV. durch die großen Fenster sind Wohnbereich, Küche und Schlafzimmer immer lichtdurchflutet – die Fußbodenheizung war super angenehm. wir waren sehr positiv vom 10. Arrondissement überrascht – die Straße selber liegt ruhig und direkt in der Nähe zum Kanal, wo mit vielen Studenten, Passanten und Radfahrern das Leben pulsiert. Durch das Krankenhaus nebenan hatten wir auch einen ruhigen und sicheren Parkplatz in der riesigen und gut beleuchteten Tiefgarage in 3 Minuten Laufweite. 
Points négatifs : Einige Details waren ein klein wenig abgewohnt, was durch nonstop Buchungen verständlich und leicht zu erklären ist. Der Betreiber hat uns zugesichert, sich darum zu kümmern und war auch grundsätzlich jederzeit per Textnachricht ansprechbar, erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Points positifs : The flat was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The metro was a short walk away, and we enjoyed exploring the city. The company was easy to deal with, and it was a very secure building.
Points négatifs : The only complaint was the Wi-Fi did not work in the bedroom.Very well, only in the common space. Otherwise, it was a lively stay.

Prachtig ruim appartement in een leuke en levendige wijk .
Points positifs : Prachtig en zeer ruim appartement in een hele leuke wijk. Veel restaurants in de buurt en supermarkt om de hoek. In het appartement is het erg rustig. Het heeft ruime slaapkamers en goede bedden. En de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben ontzettend genoten.
Points négatifs : Niets wat betreft het appartement. Maar de hal bij binnenkomst in het appartementcomplex is geen visitekaartje voor het luxe appartement.
