We loved the location and the cleanliness. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Points positifs : Incredibly convenient location with a charming facade. Clean, secure, warm and quiet for the central location.
Points négatifs : I do like cotton or linen sheets and the sheets are synthetic fabric or bamboo and not very breathable. We were unable to shower on night as the water was temporarily off but this could have been a building or town supply issue. It was remedied by the morning and the property manager was quick to respond when I messaged about the issue.

Perfect location for your Paris stay
Points positifs : The location is perfect for exploring the fascinating Marais district and other sights . Notre Dame ,for example , is only a short walk away . There are many excellent cafés and restaurants close by . The apartment is bright , modern and spacious , beds were comfortable and everywhere was very clean . There is no aircon but a fan was provided in each room . It was very hot when we were there and it was fine . Entry is by a key safe - instructions are clear. The host was very accommodating regarding check out time and luggage storage .
Points négatifs : There was nothing we didn’t like . You might get a little street noise at night but only to be expected given the location and it didn’t really trouble us .

We had a fantastic one night stay at this flat- we would definitely reccomend it and come back to stay!
Points positifs : Great location, comfortable beds, clean flat and good communication.
Points négatifs : The only thing we struggled with is the initial instructions for getting into the flat. They weren’t overly clear and it took us a while to figure it out.

Fabulous apartment, clean and very well located
Points positifs : Apartment was fab, location was great, only thing I would flag is that there are no bath-size towels, only small hand towels. We were only staying one night so we made do, but this would have been a problem if we were staying longer.

Points positifs : Μοντερνο σπιτι, καθαρό, πολύ ζεστο, σε πολύ καλή περιοχη, πολύ εξυπηρετικος ο διαχειριστής του σπιτιού.
Points négatifs : Λίγο πιο σταθερό τραπέζι σαλονιου. Ο καναπές είχε ένα βαθουλωμα στη μία πλευρά.

Points positifs : De ligging van het appartement is top, het ziet er netjes uit en is wanneer je zoals wij met 4 personen gaat echt erg ruim.

Best location, modern and clean!
Points positifs : Location was fantastic- walkable to many cafes and restaurants, easy walks (15-30min) to Notre Dame, Louvre, National Archives Museum, Pantheon, Natural History Museum, etc....under 10min walk to Rambuteau, Hotel de Ville, and St. Paul Metro stations. Area felt safe and lively until quite late in the evening. Building had good security measures. Large, updated bedrooms and living spaces. Loved having a washing machine! Plenty of towels, excellent water pressure, clean, and comfortable beds.
Points négatifs : We loved everything about the property!! Minor suggestions- As is typical when traveling abroad, there is a bit of a learning curve with appliances- had a brief moment figuring out the washing machine, towel warmer (symbols without words), and the heating system, but really only a very minor inconvenience. Would love to suggest a bath mat for the shower as floor is quite slippery, some basic toiletries like shampoo/body wash, a brief description of WiFi login or how to obtain QR code for older or less tech-savvy guests, a building door code to enter initially before getting the apartment key.
