Super séjour ! Merci Marie.
Points positifs : Le contact et la disponibilité de Marie. L’emplacement de l’appartement : à deux pas du métro Voltaire dans un quartier très agréable, nombreux commerces et petits restaurants sympathiques. Le calme absolu de l’endroit. On s’y sent comme chez soi.

Points positifs : I chose this property because it is out of the central area as I wanted to experience a French neighbourhood. It was perfect for this especially as it was cold and rainy and I had a whole apartment to hang out in and local amenities. I enjoyed having the hosts possessions around as it gave me a taste of French life. I liked the personality of the place but if you are looking for a more neutral apartment this is not it. I only met Marie online. She made sure I was safe and I am sure if needed she would have assisted me.
Points négatifs : Not so much a dislike but a reality check. You will need to negotiate the metro and make connections as only one line goes to Voltaire. It’s not that tricky but It takes time to get into the parts of Paris you generally want to visit as a tourist. I could not figure out the washing machine but no big deal. I could figure out the coffee!

Points positifs : I liked the location of the apartment, beautiful houses nearby and even walked from the center to the house. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was comfortable. The hostess immediately helped with all the questions.

Schöne Unterkunft, um Paris zu erkunden
Points positifs : Am nächsten Tag war die Schlüsselübergabe aber sehr unkompliziert und die Wohnungsbesitzerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Es hat einfach keinen Tisch, nur einen kleinen, tiefen Tisch vor dem Sofa. Aber für zwei Personen super. Ich finde es sehr sympathisch, dass man sieht, dass die Wohnung bewohnt ist und nicht nur vermietet wird. Ausserdem ist das Bett bequem, was uns wichtig ist. Marie ist sehr nett und die Lage ist für uns super. Wir lieben dieses Arrondissement :) Immer wieder gerne trotz anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten ;)
Points négatifs : Leider war unsere Schlüsselübergabe etwas holprig. Wir standen vor der Haustüre und leider wurde uns erst da mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung noch besetzt ist. Sie und Ihr Bruder haben wohl die Wohnung auf verschiedenen Portalen angeboten. Am 28.12. ist das sehr ärgerlich und nur mit Glück haben wir in der Nähe ein Hotel gefunden, dass bezahlbar war. Das war nicht so toll.

Voltaire apartment
Points positifs : Good location, decent size for Paris. The host Marie was very responsive, accommodating and super nice. She even got us an extra fan because the weather was super hot during that week.
Points négatifs : This was not an issue for us, but be aware that this is a lived in apartment with the host's things in it, not one specifically for renting. So it can feel a bit cramped or informal. But again, not a big issue as long as you know what to expect.

Ottimo appartamento in zona Voltaire
Points positifs : Appartamento comodo e funzionale, in posizione ottima nell'XI arrondissement (supermercati, ristoranti, locali, metro a portata di mano). Pulizia accurata e dotazioni confortevoli. Perfetto per 2/3 persone.
