Points positifs : There was such ease with this property despite it being incredibly last minute for me. The flat was spotless and it had everything needed for the weekend trip. The communication from the host was easy and speedy.

Great apartment in fabulous location.

Points positifs : Location was brilliant - next door to the Sacre Coeur and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment, bigger than we were expecting. It was very hot when we were there, but apartment was comfortably cool.

Points positifs : We were looking for a place close to Sacré Coeur, this was perfect, it is very close by. The host came to receive us a bit earlier than the real check-in time, which helped us to accommodate our stuff before going to explore the city. The transportation is very easy as well. The house is calm, very quiet at night, so you can easily rest if you need.

Points négatifs : Communication was great with the host for the check-in, she was very accommodating and actively responded to any questions and requests we had. However, the check-out was a bit of a nightmare as I received an automatic message with instructions that were not given during the check-in and, when I asked the host to clarify them, there was no clear answer, so I left the place kind of not knowing if what I did was ok or not. Also, internet was a nightmare, it seems that the main modem is somewhere else in the building and this place just gets a replicator, which provides a very poor signal and is not very good, for example, to make a videocall.

Montmartre a great area to visit! Talk a guide walking tour to appreciate area!

Points positifs : The space in the unit one bedroom unit! Was nice to have a sitting room and full kitchen for the 6 days in Paris!

Points négatifs : Did not like that there was not a fan to move some air through the unit in the 30+ degree Celsius weather. Might advise people to come to unit from metro line 12. Extra 4-5 minute walk for precipitation of area would put peoples mind at ease.

Points positifs : Great location close to Sacré Coeur! Easy to walk to restaurants. Very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Points négatifs : The WiFi wasn’t working while we were there.
