Points positifs : Location was great Very good value Large size considering it is in Paris Open area with large windows

Points négatifs : Apartment needed some cleaning We were staying for 60 days (October and November) so we cleaned fridge , oven and microwave wave A bar has just opened on the street right beside this apartment building Apparently it just opened in June 2025 ( reviews we looked at when booking did not mention this as we booked in February 2025) Lots of nights the bar crowd is outside smoking till it closes. The noise level did bother us some nights even with closing the windows.

Schöne Wohnung mitten im Marais

Points positifs : Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mitten im wunderbaren Marais.

Points négatifs : Ein neu eröffneter Jugendclub in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft führte zu sehr viel Unruhe und Rauchbelästigung bis tief in die Nacht.

Points négatifs : As an older couple we found the furniture a bit uncomfortable. The couch and bed were okay, but we would have liked sturdier chairs.

Great location in La Marais, beautifully decorated.

Points positifs : The size of the flat! The snacks and drinks on the kitchen counter top to greet us:) Having a full kitchen with pots and pans, and a washer. The warming towel rack was a serendipity!

Points négatifs : There was no top sheet on the bed - only the comforter. There were only Euro Size decorative pillows on the bed - no regular sleeping pillows.

Huge, clean property perfect location in 3rd arrondisement for ideal Paris trip

Points positifs : Property is located right next to wonderful outdoor market, tons of best restaurants and cafes, hosts are extremely responsive and kind, huge property with full kitchen, living room and separate area for bedroom. Book now!!!

A great apartment in the perfect neighborhood

Points positifs : Location, location, location. Everything is close. You want to walk to the river and the main attractions? You actually can. Metro stations? Them too are close. Parks, shops, bakeries? Just minutes away.

Points négatifs : The automatic message with the instructions for entering the apartment came late. Fortunately, we were in direct contact with the owners so we entered an hour before the regular check-in. I appreciate it.
