A good option in Paris

Points positifs : Cozy apartment, very well connected, several subway stations nearby. Very friendly and flexible host.

Points négatifs : A bed in fair condition, but easily repaired.

Points positifs : Very clean flat, good service and really good location, super convenient to get the public transport! I would give 5 stars!

Points positifs : Location is perfect, the apartment is big for 4 adults and 2 kid. The host was very kind, supportive and prompt to respond on WhatsApp.

Points négatifs : It is more like one queen bed, one sofa bed and the bed in the second room is not very comfortable for adults. But this was already mentioned when we rented the apartment.

Points positifs : The apartment is clean, comfortable, easy to reach the spotlights in Paris . The owner is kind and helpful, thanks to him i had some nice meals during the first week in Paris

Points positifs : The apartment is located in a very nice area, it's bright, modern, renewed and offers a excellent space. The owner is very kind and very available to offer any kind of assistance.

Points négatifs : As any apartment in Paris, for being old the floor is very noisy. It wouldn't be a problem for me if I wasn't travel with a 6 months old baby. It was unavoidable to do not waking him up when entering in the room. But that was a small detail to me comparing to the pleasant staying we had in family.

We hadden een buitengewoon prettig verblijf

Points positifs : Goed uitgeruste keuken, gezellig ingericht, lekker veel boeken

Points négatifs : er was iets mis met de gordijnen in het woonverblijf en in de slaapkamer, maar dat leek tijdelijk en vormde niet echt een groot probleem.

Points positifs : Mieszkanie jest duże, jasne, ma rolety, które wieczorem można zasłonić. Łóżka są dwuosobowe, dość wygodne. Do mieszkania można się dostać za pomocą klucza, który jest w schowku na kod. To dość wygodne rozwiązanie. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone w niezbędne naczynia, można zrobić sobie kawę w ekspresie, ugotować posiłek. Są dwie łazienki, co przy rodzinie z dziećmi jest cudowne. Mieszkanie jest przytulne, może ta ilość książek to sprawia. Właściciel bardzo kontaktowy, pomocny.

Points négatifs : Czystość, nie do końca na nasze standardy. Ogólnie schludnie, ale dywany i podłoga wymagają więcej pracy. Może po naprawieniu odkurzacza, który nie działa będzie lepiej. A oprócz tego jak najbardziej da się mieszkać nawet dłużej niż tydzień.

Points positifs : Konum çok iyi, Parisi’in turist yoğun bölgelerinden biraz dışarıda olması bizim çok hoşumuza gitti. Aynı zamanda metroya da oldukça yakın olduğu için istenen her noktaya kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Mahalle çok güzel. Evde kendi evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz sıcak ve bol kitaplı bir atmosfer var. Aynı zamanda ev sahibi çok yardımcı, hem Paris’e gelmeden bizimle iletişime geçti. Aynı zamanda her yerde evle ilgili talimatlar paylaşıldı. O sebeple çok rahat ettik.

Points positifs : La casa é bella, spaziosa e funzionale, in 6 siamo stati benissimo. Thomas, il padrone di casa, é gentile e disponibile e ci ha assistito nel momento del bisogno .

Points négatifs : attenzione il secondo bagno non é dotato di wc

Points positifs : Posizione ottima. Circondata da più linea della metro e facilissimo raggiungere i centri di interesse di Parigi. Alloggio spazioso, siamo stati bene in 5. Doppi servizi un plus.

Points négatifs : La pulizia seppur buona può essere ulteriormente migliorata.
