Accueil, confort et quartier au top

Points positifs : Magnifique appartement, très bien situé en plein centre de Paris. Tout le confort nécessaire, et le petit plus avec la jolie terrasse. Très bon accueil, communication facile. A refaire !

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in a handy location

Points positifs : Great location close to a number of metro stations, nearby streets with grocers, boulangeries, supermarkets. Short walk to the river and Notre Dame Cathedral. Located on second floor and has a lift. Apartment feels safe as has good security and spacious accommodation; Double bed and very comfortable double sofabed. Well equipped kitchen includes oven/ grill, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Even has a little outside space to sit accessed by climbing out of the bedroom window, the balcony doesn’t have a view but very peaceful. The host was very kind and told us he was available to help and advise at any time. Would recommend this place!!

Points positifs : דירה נחמדה מאוד. במיקום מרכזי. יש אוטובוסים ושני קווי מטרו. מלא חנויות ומאפיות. דירה פונה לחצר מאוד,שקטה אבל גם פחות מוארת. יש מרפסת נחמדה. כניסה לבנין נעולה ובטוחה. בדירה לא חסר כלום. יש הכול מהכול. מיטה בחדר שינה נוחה ספה בסלון נפתחת למיטה אבל קצת פחות נוחה. אין מזגן. ודירה די חמה. מקלחת גדולה ונוחה עם מלא מים חמים. לא נגמרים אחרי מקלחת ארוכה. מטבח מאובזר מאוד. אפילו מדיח יש. אישית הייתי מוסיפה נקודות אור. בעל הדירה בן אדם נחמד וזמין לכל שאלה.

Points négatifs : הייתי משקיעה קצת בתחזוקה. בכל מקרה בנין ישן יחסית וגם ריהוט בדירה

Points positifs : Evin konumu çok iyiydi Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Bebek arabasıyla geldiğimiz için asansör olması konforumuzu arttırdı. Ev sahibi sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Tekrar gelirsek konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Absolutely great apartment for couple.

Points positifs : Large comfortable apartment. Well stocked. Good location. Near large markets. Very quiet location off of busy areas. Easy access to restaurants. Large balcony for Paris. Well equipped kitchen. In the middle of several metro stations so easy to get around Paris

Points négatifs : Need to watch your step getting out to balcony.

Een heerlijk appartement op een toplocatie in Parijs!

Points positifs : Het was een toplocatie in Parijs! Hiernaast voelde het appartement veilig en was het rustig in het complex. Een heerlijk appartement met als extraatje een klein balkonnetje waar je echt kan zitten en bijkomen en een heerlijke regendouche! Het was heel fijn om een warm welkom te krijgen van een hele behulpzame eigenaar.
