Points positifs : Résidence bien placé et explication et temp de réponde de l hôte très bonneje suis très susceptible de relouer le même appartement dans le futur si dispo

Points négatifs : Isolation phonique par rapport à la rue et au couloir insuffisante mais c est vraiment la seule chose à dire

Points positifs : La proximité avec le métro et les supermarchés. L'équipement du logement.

Points positifs : Spacious (which is important in Paris) and comfortable apartment for a family in a very quiet but central district. Close to a number of metro stations, shops, markets and bakeries. The bed is pretty comfortable. The kitchen is equipped pretty well, I just would suggest changing the tea cups to please the guests more

Points négatifs : Just a little disturbing noises in the very morning when neighbors are leaving their apartments and throughout their garbage just in front of a bedroom. Except that everything is perfect

Points positifs : Appartamento ben posizionato con due fermate della metro (Liège, Rome) a poche centinaia di metri di distanza. Zona molto tranquilla con facile accesso a ristoranti/boulangerie. Unica pecca della struttura è stata la mancanza di adeguata insonorizzazione, per il resto gli spazi sono ben organizzati sebbene piccoli, più che adatti ad un breve soggiorno in coppia o in solitario. Ottima attenzione al cliente ed ai dettagli, sia dal punto di vista della comunicazione, del supporto durante la permanenza e della pulizia dell’ambiente. Molto carina l’idea del kit lasciato sul tavolo nel soggiorno, contenente alcune capsule per macchina del caffè, bustine di the ed un mazzo di carte con regole di gioco annesse. Buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo, considerando il periodo di prenotazione e la zona tutto sommato centrale. Siamo stati molto bene, consigliatissimo dal nostro punto di vista!

Points négatifs : Everything was perfect

Super Lage, schöne Umgebung, ruhig und sicher, mit super Parkplatz um die Ecke.

Points positifs : Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber,schnell und unkompliziert. Wohnung sehr sauber und Lage perfekt, mit vielen Bus- und Bahnanbindungen und obwohl im Erdgeschoss sehr ruhig Die Wohnung selbst ist wie beschrieben, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt

Points négatifs : Sehr enges Bad, und die Klopfgeschräusche des Wasserboilers in der Nacht waren zu Beginn etwas irritierend , aber nicht wirklich nervig

Un buen compromiso

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente: muy céntrica, a pocos pasos del metro y rodeada de una gran variedad de restaurantes, lo que hace que sea muy conveniente para moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad. Además, la comunicación con los propietarios fue impecable. Son muy atentos, amables y mostraron una gran flexibilidad para ayudarnos en todo momento, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. ¡Sin duda una gran opción para alojarse!

Points négatifs : Un detalle a tener en cuenta es que, al ser una planta baja, si duermes en el sofá cama es posible escuchar algunos ruidos de la calle.

Points positifs : 위치도 좋고 깨끗하고 안전했어요! 무엇보다 다른곳보다 저렴했어요 다음에 파리가도 숙소는 여기서 할꺼예요^^

Points négatifs : 레이크 체크아웃이안되서 아쉬웠어요
