Excellente adresse à Paris
Points positifs : Quartier très agréable, immeuble récent sécurisé, proche du métro, nombreux commerces, cafés et restaurants. L'appartement est parfait, clair, calme. L'hôte est très réactif et très disponible, c'est un plaisir!

Points positifs : The personal handover went really well. The landlord opened the garage for us and showed us to the accommodation. The landlord complied with my request and bought us a Navigo Découverte for transportation in Paris. We really liked the accommodation because it was safe and in an overall quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible metro with several lines on foot.
Points négatifs : Noise from the street. It would need new windows.

Great, comfortable, self contained apartment located close to the metro, the metro and all other conveniences including
Points positifs : What a wonderful, large apartment to have spent a week in Paris in. Being self contained, featuring a comfortable lounge, dining, serviceable kitchen, bathroom with washing machine for clothing and bedroom it was the perfect base for a relaxed week. Very close, perhaps the 150ms, to Charrone Metro station and many restaurants, bars, pharmacies and shops. Best of all was the beautiful little balcony to enjoy the outdoors from with the convenience of a coffee made in your own kitchen whenever you like.

Points positifs : We researched for a long time where to stay in Paris in early October, wanted to be within walking distance of the Seine, but also still have a neighborhood experience. Guillaume's apartment fit the bill perfectly - the Village Faidherbe is a really nice area with a great vibe, excellent restaurants and felt very safe, even at night. Guillaume met us on our arrival, and spent as much time as we wanted to answer our questions about the apartment / keys, etc. and also recommend some ideas for where to eat and shop. He was available to answer questions or help if needed for our whole stay (we didn't need anything!) He is an absolutely wonderful host. <3

Perfect neighborhood, apartment, and host!
Points positifs : The neighborhood is one is the best in Paris—local feel with tons of walkable restaurants and amenities. Guillaume is one of the best hosts that over ever experienced in my decades of traveling. He was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The balcony is nice for unwinding and starting the day. WiFi is good, bed is comfortable, and the elevator is speedy. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like and can’t wait to book this for future trips.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Points positifs : Die Wohnung liegt zentral, der Gare du Nord ist nicht weit. Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zurechtgekommen. Eine Metrostation ist ganz in der Nähe, 2 weitere fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist nicht typisch touristisch geprägt, eher ein normales Wohnviertel mit Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns hat es gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Raum für Kleidung etc.. Auch im Bad ist reichlich Stellfläche vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Balkon; durch einen Baum vor dem Haus und Blumenkästen bietet er mitten in der Stadt ein “grünes” Ambiente. Guillaume war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und reagierte auf Nachfragen prompt. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, werden gern wiederkommen.
