Très bel appartement avec trois chambres. Toutes les essentiels sont à moins de 5 minutes de marche de l’appartement.

Points positifs : La taille et le nombre de pièce de l’appartement était super. Il y a des épiceries, boulangerie et café à proximité.

Points négatifs : Il n’y a qu’un seul accès pour l’appartement. Il y fallu passé par deux cours intérieures pour y accéder.

Modern apartment in 20th Arondissement

Points positifs : A well-appointed apartment in a quiet inner courtyard in the 20th Arondissement, an easy walk from the Metro and the Père Lachaise cemetery. The instructions to find the front door and the key lock box were like a mini-adventure, but the helpful videos provided by the hosts were very useful. The apartment is modern, clean and has everything we needed for a three-night stay. Highlights: - the neighbourhood has excellent local cafes and restaurants, bookshops, etc and well away from the usual tourist areas. - communication with the hosts was excellent throughout, and we booked airport transfers which was perfect for our group. - the boulangerie across the road from the apartment opens at 7am in time for fresh pastries - 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms meant everyone had enough privacy All went very well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Points négatifs : The front door is accessed through a series of narrow corridors and steps - this is part of city life in Paris but if visitors are not used to that, it could be challenging. Also, obviously not very accessible.

A great place, very convenient and well furnished/comfortable

Points positifs : Great space, very clean and new, excellent facilities. Host very communicative, clear instructions

Points négatifs : Instruction book needs updating with WiFi instructions- TV and internet are a bit complicated. Bathrooms get very wet after showers as there’s nothing to keep the water inside the shower area - if left unchecked this could lead to water damage. This is more for the hosts so they don’t need to do repairs.

Points positifs : A estrutura do apartamento é muito boa. Os quartos são bons, além de todo o apartamento que possui boa infraestrutura (sala, cozinha e banheiros).

Points négatifs : A localização é um pouco longe dos principais pontos turísticos.
