Parfait pour un groupe d'amis !!
Points positifs : La décoration, proche métro et des bars du grand boulevard , du cinéma rex etc . Rue au calme . Pas cher du tout si vous réservez au dernier moment .
Points négatifs : L'hôtel pour récupérer les clés est vraiment miteux ... il y avait des travaux donc beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre donnant sur la cage d'escalier ... nous avons été réveillé tôt .

Emplacement très sympa, confort ++ et déco trop drôle!
Points positifs : Le confort des détails, lampes de chevet à côté de chaque lit, grandes serviettes de bain et en suffisance, savon, shampooing et après shampooing dans chaque douche, produit vaisselle et éponge, huile d’olive, sel poivre, capsules de café et sachet de thé, sucre, sèche cheveux, …
Points négatifs : La déco est vraiment très très carton-pâte et kitch, presque drôle… Les matelas sont très fermes ! Très très compliqué de contacter l’agence de location. Problème pour récupérer les clés.

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Paris. There are bakeries, coffee shops and minimarts on every street
Points positifs : Great apartment with four bedrooms and a spacious dining room/ lounge area.
Points négatifs : The bedrooms are small, but very comfortable. The kitchen has limited items for food preparation and cooking.

A lovely apartment to return to after a day sightseeing in Paris
Points positifs : Spacious, well presented, had considered all the needs of a travelling family.
Points négatifs : Minor feedback - There was a smell of urine near the front door. Pillows could also be updated - one had marks on it and all were quite lumpy.

Decent, spacious and beautiful apartment
Points positifs : Very nice on the inside and clean! The housing company was very nice and easy instructions
Points négatifs : The outside of it and the stairs to the room were a bit scary and very opposite than the inside.

Great value for money modern apartment
Points positifs : Really colourful and well decorated. Was clearner than most apartments in paris. The water pressure and hot water was good. The kitchen and living room area were the most beautiful and spacious area to be in. The kitchen appliances are modern and worked really well. I found check-in easy and the staff at the nearby hotel to collect the keys were friendly. The apartment is good value for money and close to gare du nord which made it extremely convenient. I like the additional safety that has been thought of with access codes and even having to go and retrieve the keys yourself. I would recommend this apartment for a group of friends on a short stay.
Points négatifs : The hallway leading to the apartment needs renovation. It's dated and gives off a run down area vibe which I didn't like. The wooden staircase actually broke my suitcase as there is no lift and it was much harder than expected to bring luggage up and down with the hard flooring. I also felt the room sizes were a bit small in comparison to pictures. The fact we could not open a medium or large suitcase on the floor meant I did feel the rooms were in fact smaller than I would have liked. There isn't much storage in the rooms either (hanged items yes but shelves to stack clothes were limited) so we lived out of our suitcases and opened them up in the hallways of the apartment to retrieve our things. Some of the instructions for check-in were confusing and contradictory.

Points positifs : The location is perfect, very close to the Louvre, several metro stations around, the restaurant street is just around the corner. The apartment is well equipped, and is spacious.

Fab big apartment 20 mins walk from Louvre area.
Points positifs : Keys were picked up and dropped from a nearby hotel. Good instructions. Welcome basket with juice and wine was appreciated. Everything worked and was as described. Responded well to our messages.
Points négatifs : Nothing really it was a good apartment.
