Appartement tres agreable dans immeuble moyen

Points positifs : Tres bel appartement, spacieux et agreable, lit confortable , bien qu un peu petit :] propre. Cuisine flambant neuve!! salon agreable

Points négatifs : la recuperation et surtout rendre les clefs tres peu pratique . Immeuble ancien et mal entretenu . l'appartement est au 3eme etage sans ascenceur et a partir du 1er etage les marches sont deffoncees Si vous voulez dormir, comme nous , les fenetres ouvertes la rue est un peu bruyante .

Points positifs : It is a very nice and spacious apartment. Clean and comfy. It made our stay very pleasant. Good location. Perfect for two people as it gives you also some privacy if you need it. Would love to come back and I recommend it totally.

Points négatifs : It's not something that I didn't like, it's more like a recommendation - you should put a sign on the door to know which one it is on the arrival. We had to call the hosts to check which door it was. FYI, it's on the 3rd floor, the 2nd door from the left. :) Also, as someone wrote before, an extra pillow per person would be nice. But it wasn't a big problem, the bed is very comfy.

Points positifs : nice light apartment located in the heart of Marais walking distance to great restaurants, bars, museums and metro. clean and surprisingly big apartment. Liked everything. Special thanks for moving the check-in time to 12:00.

Points positifs : The apartment is spacious, quite high by French and Parisian standards. To the most basic attractions of Paris as well as the metro close from the apartment. Fairly well equipped with all the necessary items for your stay, relatively clean, although there are sometimes leftovers of food in the refrigerator because of previous tenants. It is worth noting that the keys that you need to pick up are 4 min away from the place at the shopkeeper. In addition, to enter the patio of the building you need to activate the lock on the door with a blue key ring and with the same key ring open the corresponding cage and then only use the key to the apartment.

Points positifs : La ubicación es espectacular. El depto súper cómodo y grande.

Points négatifs : La dinámica de tener que buscar y dejar la llave a 10 minutos caminando me pareció súper incómodo. Al lado hay un colegio y se escucha bastante fuerte cuando los niños tienen recreo.

Points négatifs : I think the lack of an elevator makes it a bit difficult to carry luggage because the stairs of the building are a bit old-fashioned.

Light filled apartment in the middle of Le Marais

Points positifs : The apartment is bright, spacious, clean and has all the amenities one could ask for. It’s in a central location that’s walkable to everything!

Points négatifs : The stairs inside the building were quite treacherous and scary.
