Points positifs : Emplacement, quartier calme. Tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement. Propre Contrairement à ce que j'ai lu, le matelas m'a convenu parfaitement Instructions très claires

Points négatifs : Manque d'insonorisation avec le couloir. (Il y a un espace au niveau de la porte d'entrée où on peut entrevoir le couloir ) Parfois mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain

Points positifs : bien situé , acces avec coffre pour la cles et bien indiqué le process pour recuperer les cles.

Points négatifs : téléphone ne capte pas

The apartments are nice, but bring earplugs and a sleep mask with you.

Points positifs : The location of the apartments is excellent: there are many places nearby and convenient public transport connections. The bed linen is pleasant, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided.

Points négatifs : What I didn’t like was that the apartment is located on the ground floor right next to the building entrance. The walls feel like cardboard — every knock, footstep, and outside noise is clearly audible. It was about 13°C outside, but the apartment felt quite cool, even with the radiators turned on, though this is not critical. Among the unpleasant details were a sewage smell and issues with the lighting. When one of the neighbors entered the building at night and turned on the corridor light, the light in our apartment turned on as well — while we were sleeping. To put it mildly, it was surprising and unpleasant.

Great location from which to visit Paris.

Points positifs : The location was excellent, close to RER B line and not to far from Montparnasse and a direct route to Versailles. We felt very safe and it was quiet, with nearby shops and restaurants. For its size, the kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and - surprisingly- a washing machine. No means to dry clothes but ther’s a laverie opposite. Communication was prompt and helpful.

Points négatifs : Small = but we got used to it. If four stayed it would be very cramped. There is nowhere to hang clothes or bathroom towels, but easy to correct.

Nice property

Points positifs : Nice size apartment for Paris. Very clean plenty of towels provided and hairdryer. Tea/coffee and bottle of water provided on arrival. Easy to access. 2 TV's in the apartment. Small private courtyard. Close to amenities metro, pizzeria, boulangerie, laundrette across the street but also a washing machine in the apartment . Very quiet area.

Points positifs : Todo muy cómodo y hermosa ubicación, no tenemos nada que reprocharle

Points négatifs : La cama es muy incómoda, parece que está el elástico vencido
