Points positifs : Emplacement proche de la Villette, à 5 minutes à pied du métro. Super terrasse au 9e étage avec vue sur Paris. Literie confortable. Nicolas est très arrangeant pour l'entrée - sortie du logement.

Points négatifs : Quelques ampoules à remplacer pour les plafonniers, et de la peinture qui s'écaille par endroit, mais rien qui ne viendrait gâcher le séjour

Points positifs : L'emplacement dans un endroit calme, la vue sur Paris, la proximité des transports L'appartement est assez grand avec 2 salles de bain

Idéal pour un concert au Zenith et une visite de Paris

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux dans un bel immeuble au calme, métro à 5 min. Tout était parfait 👌

Je recommande, correspondait à nos attentes pour ces 3 jours

Points positifs : Grand appartement, lumineux avec une terrasse bien fleurie. La vue sur Paris est top. L’immeuble est très propre et sécurisé. Le propriétaire très sympa.

Points négatifs : Juste les ustensiles de cuisine à mettre au goût du jour ( casseroles, les poêles, etc…)

Superbe appartement, superbe vue, emplacement et propriétaire au top !

Points positifs : L'emplacement est top, la vue, les vues sont magnifiques avec la géode, la philharmonie et même un bout de tour Eiffel ! Le propriétaire est très accommodant et à l'écoute ! L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé, la literie est confortable ! L'appartement était mieux que ce qu'on avait imaginé ! Et la place de parking sécurisée c'est extrêmement pratique !

Points négatifs : Rien du tout nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Points positifs : The apartment is great! Enough space for a family. I liked the interior, where many little things were thought out. The apartment is very cozy and clean. But most of all I was impressed by the terrace - it is very large, it is incredibly pleasant to drink coffee on it in the morning with a beautiful view. And yes, you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from there 😊 The owner of the apartment is very kind and pleasant. He is always happy to answer all questions. It is easy to get to the center - there is a metro station very close. In general, I recommend the apartment! 👍🏻

Points positifs : It's an amazing apartment in Paris, with huge terrace, two separate bedrooms and 2 WC rooms splited, one is en-suite bedroom with real bath. It also has large drawing room, full with antique furniture, which gives you trully Parisian vibe. The owner is very attentive and polite man, he was always on the connection with us through messages. According to parisian standarts, I should say the apartment is huge one in total space. If you will travel in spring/summer time, I am sure you will enjoy morning tea/coffee time on those cosy and pleasant terrace. The owner, Nicolas, even gave us the opportunity for late check-out for free, thank you again, we trully appreciated it a lot. It's just a 5-7 walk to the nearest metro station, so you might get to the city center quite easy.

Points positifs : Als wir die Wohnung gebucht haben, war angegeben, das die Schlüsselübergabe über eine Schlüsselbox stattfindet. Das war für uns wichtig, weil wir mit einer späten Ankunft in Paris rechnete, und bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe unabhängig sein wollten. Aufgrund der neuen Regulierungen in Paris, sind solche Boxen aber wohl nicht mehr erlaubt. Letztendlich konnten wir die Wohnung nicht beziehen, weil unser Host ein Einchecken nach 24:00 nicht organisieren konnte. Wir mußten kurzfristig ein Hotel buchen, aber unser Host ins uns danklenswerterweise entgegen gekommen, und hat uns den bezahlten Betrag zurückerstattet.

Points négatifs : Unklarheit bezüglich Check-in (Schlüsselbox)

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick über Paris

Points positifs : Ruhige Lage, angenehmes Viertel, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung, Dachterrasse zu drei Seiten mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr freundlicher Portiere. Parkplatz in abgeschlossener Tiefgarage.

Points négatifs : In der Küche muss es wohl einen kleinen Wasserschaden gegeben haben, die Farbe an der Decke löst sich, aber alles nicht so dramatisch und hat dem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt.
