Luxury apartments in Paris Center

Très satisfait , l'emplacement est parfait.

Points positifs : L'emplacement est magnifique, appartement spacieux avec une literie confortable ( canapé lit pas testé), ascenseur jusqu'à l'étage concerné.

Points négatifs : il manque de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine pour que cela soit bien alors qu'étrangement l'électroménager est très bien ( plaques de cuisson à induction, four, grand frigo et congélateur, four micro onde, un cuit vapeur, cafetière, grille pain, bouilloire).

Points positifs : The location was fantastic. The apartment is near so much you want to do in Paris and if the attraction you are wanting is a bit further, the buses are just outside the door! The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 6.

Points négatifs : Nothing, the apartment was great for my family.

Points positifs : The location of the apartment was its best thing. In addition, the apartment was large and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the owner of the property explained clearly about the code and receiving the key.The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building on a main street near many shops and cafes, minutes from several metro stations. In addition, there is an elevator, which is very small but it helps with luggage.

Points négatifs : The bathroom was very small and cramped. The bath towels we received were not clean.

Points négatifs : Owner never responded to any of our queries during our stay.

Points négatifs : the apartment was kinda dirty, lack of cutlery, cups and it was hard to contact with personel, strange way of payment

Great location, nice appartment

Points positifs : Fantastic location, next to the Opera, walking distance to the Louvre, Opera, Galleries Lafayette, busy in the morning and quiet in the evening, safe neighborhood. 3 metro stops in 5 mins walking distance, supermarkets boulangeries etc very close. Nice apartment, great sound proofing windows. Comfortable accommodation, 2 separate rooms plus living room-kitchen with couch, not sure if the bunk beds are fitting for older children or adults.

Points négatifs : Nothing worth mentioning. On the price I cannot comment, Paris is expensive anyway.

Basic, functional accommodation in a good location

Points positifs : The location is fantastic. It was renovated but could be better maintained

Points négatifs : Could have been better maintained, broken shelves not repaired, blind in toilet not replaced. Could have more toilet rolls and bin bags and hand towels. Tried to message the property managers but there was no response

Points positifs : Great location. 5 minutes walk to Madeleine. 2 minutes walk to Boulevard Haussmann and metro station Easy to access. Stairs and lift to 4th floor. Enough space for 5 of us. Windows looking over street. Good views.

Points négatifs : No curtains or shutters in bunk bedroom. All shutters looked too old to shut so only used cut curtains. Did not really keep light out. Some roads noise. Could not turn radiators down so left windows open. Did not bother us but some people might find too noisy.
