Good location!

Points positifs : The location is excellent, the apartment is well-equipped, and it’s very quiet.

Points négatifs : There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and spiral. It’s on the top floor (4th). There is no hair dryer. The dishes weren’t well washed. Overall, cleanliness could have been better. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. There was clothing scattered around the apartment, which made it feel like someone was living there. Overall, it was okay.

So gooood

Points positifs : Almost everywhere could be reached on foot or by subway within 20-30 minutes. The location was great. The host was very friendly, and the accommodation was large enough for a family of four to stay for 6 days. If I go to Paris again, I 100% intend to visit again.

Points négatifs : The sofa bed still makes a creaking sound, but if you sleep without moving, you won't hear it. I had a comfortable rest. It was on the 4th floor with no elevator, so it was great for daily exercise. Thankfully, there were no bugs, so I slept with the window open. I slept very well due to the cool breeze.

Points positifs : Placeringen var perfekt! Hvis man sammenligner med nærliggende hoteller/lejligheder, så er det virkelig fint i forhold til prisen.

Points négatifs : Det var lidt mærkeligt at komme ind til en lejlighed, hvor der lå personlige ejendele fra ejeren. Dog var det ikke noget, som betød noget for os. Renligheden var fint, dog var der en lugt på badeværelset, som var lidt træls.

Central Location

Points positifs : Location: close to restaurants and grocery. 30 minutes walk to most excursions. 3 mins walk to metro. Suite: clean and lots of space for 4 adults. Host: he was excellent and communicated well.

Points négatifs : The owner's stuff was all over the place. Mixing with our stuff. Not sure what's part of the rental and what's not. Walk up 5 flights of steps.
