Petit appartement propre et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très bien situé !
Points positifs : Petit appartement parfaitement agencé, propre et très bien équipé – tout y est pour un séjour pratique et agréable. L’emplacement, à deux pas de la Gare du Nord, est un vrai plus : plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité, idéal pour se déplacer facilement dans tout Paris. Le quartier est vivant, parfois animé, mais on s’y fait vite. Mais l'appartement reste vraiment au calme, ça c'est top. Un grand merci aux hôtes, adorables et très disponibles tout au long du séjour. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur réactivité ont vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés !

A cute, clean, organized and fully equipped place!!
Points positifs : The location was very near to the Gare du Nord train station and you easily just walk from there to the apartment. The metro station (La Chappelle) is just 3' to 4' minutes by walk, also a big plus for exploring the city of Paris. The room is perfect for one maximum two people because it's very small. It was cute, clean, well organized and the kitchen was fully equipped. Also the hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful!!
Points négatifs : The neighbourhood was unpleasant with many people looking not so friendly. I tried to avoid returning after 23:00 but I didn't have any big issue or problem with someone.

Everything was great. Communication was great.
Points positifs : Very clean, very practical next to the central station.
Points négatifs : The property is really good. Only thing is the area does not feel the safest sometimes, even though I had no problems at all. And the property is great. No bad comments on the property. Only good things.

Stanning experience for solo traveler
Points positifs : It is an exceptional place to stay in terms of location, transport routs and facilities available to you. Place is in the old atmospheric house with the spiral staircase, it has its vibe and can be a good alternative to chain hotels. It also has all required facilities to cook food, which is a gem for budget traveling.
Points négatifs : Some people might dislike surrounding district, but it wasn't a problem for me. It is cozy, but might feel quite small for couples. I am not used to the separate private toilet in the communal corridor, but it makes perfect sense taking the size of the studio.

Great location, a clean room and friendly staff.
Points positifs : The location is great. Very close to Paris gare du nord. I took euro star train from London to Paris, stayed 6 days and took train to airport easily.
Points négatifs : I didn’t expect the toilet is not in the room but it’s clean and not far away.
