Gare Austerlitz Renovated & comfortable 8 guests

Points positifs : Estaba bastante bien ubicado ya que tiene muchas estaciones de metro cerca. Es bastante espacioso, nosotros éramos un grupo de 9 personas y estuvimos bien. No hay una mesa como para comer los 9 juntos. Tuvimos que improvisar pero nos pudimos acomodar. En la descripción dice tener 1 baño pero en realidad tiene 2.

Points négatifs : Falta un lugar para que puedan desayunar/comer todas las personas al mismo tiempo. Había un poco de olor a humedad. La sala / espacio común esta en un sótano sin ventana al exterior.

Points positifs : For those looking for a quiet neighborhood location, but close to stations, shops, and local food this is the perfect space.

Points négatifs : Upstairs space can get a bit humid when weather is warm, but basement offers a cooler area.

Piacevole e accogliente

Points positifs : La zona molto carina,con tante cose che si possono raggiungere a piedi sia come monumenti che come svago. Eravamo in 6 e avere delle camere ben divise ci ha dato l’opportunità di avere ognuno la propria privacy. L’host super gentile e super presente sempre Riandrei assolutamente in questo appartamento

Points négatifs : La camera del piano seminterrato poco areata e a volte mancava l’aria. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato una temperatura esterna gradevole altrimenti avremmo sentito freddo. Forse avrei messo qualche Doccia schiuma in più. 2 piccoli barattolini per 6 non erano abbastanza

Points positifs : The whole apartment was nice and clean. At the beginning we were surprised, that the apartment is on the street, but it didn’t matter at the end, we felt safe enough. There are two bathrooms and two kitchens, which is very nice for bigger groups. The host was communicating with me with no problems and solved our issue with heating system nicely.

Points négatifs : The only surprise for us was the tourist fee, which was approximately 6€/day/person - we were told by our French friend that the normal price should be 2.60€/day/person. Also, in the booking chat, there were several scam messages with links - be aware of internet safety (but I believe that the host can’t control these messages).
