Grand appartement fonctionnel

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux récent confortable et bien situé. Tout est à proximité dans la rue, supermarché pharmacie, boulangerie et de nombreux restaurants. 7 min de marche du métro ligne 8. Hôte très attentionnée et à l’écoute.

Points négatifs : J’aurais rajouté la TV, la Clim en été car il fait très chaud la nuit et un couteau aiguisé pour la cuisine.

Points positifs : Appartement qui comporte deux chambres séparées est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant et agréable. Les bus et métros se trouvent à proximité et conduisent au centre de Paris très rapidement.

Points positifs : The flat owner is a great person. She picked us up in front of the entrance right on time, showed us into the apartment and explained. The flat is very well equipped, modern kitchen, utensils etc. Good coffee from a machine, tea etc. Everything functions well. The flat is reasonably large given the price and location - two small bedrooms, WC, bathroom, living room and kitchen.

Points négatifs : Given the price it was great. Much better than alternatives that charge the same price.

Very nice location close to public transportation

Points positifs : Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. The lift was convenient to bring luggage up to the apartment. Having two bedrooms was great. The kitchen had a coffee machine, which was nice in the morning.the whole place feels cosy and is very tastefully decorated. Nathalie, the host, was very responsive and amicable. The apartment is well located near the metro, bus, and RER. There are a couple of pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance. The building (double codes to enter) and area felt very safe as well.

Points négatifs : The fans in the bedrooms are probably a bit old, and with the heat, we used them a lot. Ceiling fans might be a nice addition. It was hot in Paris that week, and it's impossible to keep the windows open at night because of the noise on the street. But it was to be expected in Paris. The freezer didn't work even after we defrosted it. Therefore, the fridge might need replacing, or guests need to be made aware that the freezer doesn't work. The kitchen could use a few more items for cooking: bigger knives to cut vegetables, bread, and some pots to cook pasta.

Points positifs : O espaço para habitar é agradável e agradavelmente decorado, a localização é óptima, o bairro é calmo e agradável. Não tivemos tempo para mais, mas quando voltar a Paris gostaria de ficar nesta casa novamente. Temos metro e comboio praticamente à porta, comércio variado, junto ao Sena 😍. Só tenho uma boa opinião.

Points négatifs : Fica como sugestão prolongar o resguardo da banheira porque é difícil não molhar o chão. Sugiro também outra torneira no lavatório porque é difícil não molhar o móvel. As torneiras têm boa pressão!!!
