Points positifs : Appartement propre bien équipé et à 15 min à pied de l’arc de triomphe à proximites de tte commodité 👍

Points positifs : Nice location, cosy and spacious. All amenities we required were available.

Points négatifs : Could have stocked up better on toiletries for 3 people over 4 nights. Toiletries were finished way before our stay was over.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Points positifs : The ground-floor apartment was compact but a well-designed space. The location was quiet and close to some great restaurants, metro stations, and grocery stores. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-kept. There were sufficient consumables (toilet roll, shower gel, etc) for our long weekend. No A/C, but two fans kept us comfortable. The double bedroom now has a sliding door, not the wooden screen as depicted in photos, and a net curtain over the window.

Points négatifs : We found the double bed mattress very firm, even though we prefer a firm bed. Something a mattress topper would help with.

Easy access and convenient

Points positifs : Compact ground floor apartment, easy access to Arc de Triomphe. Comfortable place for touring Paris.

Points négatifs : Не удовлетворили нашу просьбу о предоставоении отдельных одеял для каждого. Нас было четверо взрослых , было бы намного удобнее иметь 4 одеяла а не 2 больших одеяла.

Lovely quiet escape in Paris. Perfect for up to 4.

Points positifs : Loved the quiet location close to transportation. One night we could hear a pianist play beautifully above. Tres parisien :-) Market was around the corner making it easy to grab snacks and food. Kitchen had essential tools for cooking and cleanup. Shower was nice. The hot water can be very hot so be careful with tap temperature. We drank the tap water and it was cold and clean. Also had small fridge/freezer, clothes washing machine and drying rack so we could freshen up our wardrobe halfway through our trip. We had a senior and child with us on our family trip and everyone liked the tables, small seating area and pull out couch bed. There is a small park around the corner for younger children. Maids came right at checkout so we know the apartment will be tidy for next guest. Didn't get any room pictures but looks exactly like listing. Highly recommend for a quiet escape in Paris.

Points négatifs : Overall very nice. They had small heaters and fans for air flow. Open both windows and breeze flows through nicely. We arrived during a heatwave and fans were essential. No complaints.

Points positifs : Η τοποθεσια ηταν παρα πολυ καλη, με κοντινες στασεις μετρο, λεωφορειων κ τραμ. Επισης ειχε κοντα μπιστρο για φαγητο καθως κ σουπερ μαρκετ
