Location and comfort - would stay again.

Points positifs : Location is great - lots of restaurants, good subway station, supermarket next door and walking distance to a lot of sights. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you will need and great sized rooms for Paris. The property managers were very responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Points négatifs : It is on the expensive end - but everything in Paris is, so it is understandable. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner (I’m a clean freak). The furniture and appliances are starting to show their age - but it is an old building, so it works.

Points positifs : The location was excellent & the apartment was very spacious

Could have stayed two weeks!

Points positifs : Great location if you like the 6er. We usually stay in the Marais area but this was great…great restaurants, shops and art galleries. The apartment was a good size and well set out. Maybe a bit “lazy” in the kitchen/ equipment area but pleasant stay. I especially liked the walk-in waterfall shower and seat…as one gets a bit older this is nearly as good as home!

Points négatifs : The toilet is a long trip at night from the bedroom and the floors could have some sound damping covering… bare boards might look good but are noisy and there is noise from people moving about above transmitted through to the apartment.

Very enjoyable stay in a perfect location.

Points positifs : The location was perfect. Lots of major sights within easy walking distance and several metro stations very close by and a direct train from Gare du Nord. An excellent supermarket exactly next door and the whole street and area has a lovely buzzy atmosphere (although the flat itself was very quiet) with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Apartment was a good size and was exactly as pictured on the website. We also appreciated the lift.

Points négatifs : There weren’t any instructions for any of the equipment and we never managed to get the TV to work. The kitchen equipment was rather arbitrary. Loads of very sharp cutting knives, for example, but no cutting board. Also only two small saucepans. Lots of plates but no mugs.

Perfect Latin Qtr stay

Points positifs : We loved the location mostly. Perfect as was quiet in room and bustling on street. Supermarket next door, bakeries and cafes next to that. The apartment was very comfortable. Good shower and kitchen. Even had a small lift which was perfect for us.. Loved it.

Points négatifs : Nil

Points positifs : Ubicación inmejorable, junto a Saint Germain des Prés, y cerca de la Ile de la Cité. Muy bien comunicada por Metro, con varias estaciones próximas. Cama muy cómoda, bien equipado y con decoración agradable. Con ascensor, pequeño, pero suficiente, lo que es de agradecer en estos edificios antiguos.

Points négatifs : Sería conveniente cambiar el retrete, está muy deteriorado y su aspecto repugna
