Beautiful warm apartment - close to attractions and restaurants
Points positifs : Beautiful property. Warm in winter. Close to a large Carrefour. 15 mins walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame. 6 mins walk to the metro. The apartment is really large for central Paris. And feels like a home, kitchen well equipped, umbrellas, pens, tea, coffee. Very cozy and multiple spots to take photos of.
Points négatifs : Water pressure was a little small.

Great flat, strongly suggested!
Points positifs : The pictures are reflecting the reality about the flat, which is bright, spacious and was comfortable for 3 adults for a week! I strongly recommend the place, as it's in great location (5 mins from the Seinne & Odeon) and makes it easy go around in Paris!

Best area to stay in Paris, this apartment is a real gem.
Points positifs : Fabulous space and air conditioning was a real bonus. This apartment is on the 4th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower out the kitchen window. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Points positifs : La ubicacion , el tamano muy grande y comodo , tenia todo lo necersario para la estadia, muy completo, volveri sin duda, lo super recomiendo
Points négatifs : solo para mejorar qeu haya algun enchufe en los banos para enchufar el secador de pelo, pero algo sin importncia, todo exelente

Amplo apartamento num dos melhores bairros de Paris
Points positifs : Localização maravilhosa - perto de diversos pontos turísticos importantes, comércio, estações de metrô e RER. Apartamento espaçoso e agradável de estar. Boas instalações de banheiro e cozinha e tudo muito bem equipado. Boa iluminação natural.
Points négatifs : O piso e as portas são antigos e fazem bastante barulho.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden das Appartement sofort wieder buchen!
Points positifs : Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt! Es sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar aber auch mehrere Metro und RER-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (mit Zwischengeschoß) und man hat sogar Ausblick auf die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Die nähere Umgebung ist extrem charmant und belebt, mit super netten Restaurants, Bäckereien, Feinkostläden und vielem mehr. Wir haben es besonders geschätzt, dass das Apartment so gut ausgestattet war und über reichlich Geschirrspülertabs, Küchenrollen, Handtücher, Kaffee, Grundnahrungsmitteln etc. verfügt hat.

Points positifs : Perfekte Lage mitten im Lokalviertel und dich wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt hinten raus in einen Innenhof, daher ist es ruhig und man ist trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet vom Kaffe bis zum Waschmittel und Rrgenschirmen.
Points négatifs : Es wurde uns 2 Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass wir für einen Check in um 21.30 eur 90 Gebühr zahlen müssen. Davon stand kein Wort in der booking.com Beschreibung und obwohl ich unsere Ankunftszeit schon 2 Wochen vorher bekannt gegeben habe, wurde dies vorher nicht erwähnt. Ich habe dann \

A terrific experience, I hope we can return!
Points positifs : This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of four! A huge amount of space, it was a luxury to have a spacious living room and place to have a family breakfast. The location couldn’t be better: we walked to the Musée D’Orsay, the Louvre, and more. The apartment is in the very heart of St. Germain but was quiet because there’s a courtyard separating it from the street. Lory and her colleagues were very communicative and, though our flight was 3 hours late, we were met at the apartment and shown around. We felt very lucky to be there!
