It was very convenient and easy solution when you plan to browse around Paris central.

Points positifs : Location is just perfect and the easiness for the keys collection was exactly what we needed. The host is friendly and flexible to find a solution if you happen to have an unplanned setback. I would strongly recommend.

Points négatifs : It would be nice to have AC for the summer days - maybe a bit of noisy if you sleep there on a busy market day, which is in front of the flat.

Points positifs : ‏החוויה שלנו בדירה הייתה נעימה ומעולה הגענו מוקדם מהמצופה וקיבלו אותנו בידיים פתוחות היינו עם הרבה כבודה איתנו והציעו לנו לאחסן את המזוודות במקום למרות שעדיין לא מוכן ‏זוג המנקים של הדירה זוג מקסים ונעים ‏בעל הדירה דאג לנו במהלך כל השהיה שאל אם אנחנו צריכים משהו כל הזמן ואיך עוברת את החוויה שלנו בדירה ובפריז אפילו שלח לנו מקומות וכתובות להגיע אליהם לערב השנה החדשה למסעדות מומלצות ודאג להחליף לנו למגבות חדשות כשהיינו צריכים. ‏המיקום מצוין מאוד קרוב להכל במארה! ‏הדירה נקייה ונעימה ומחוממת תמיד , תמיד היו לנו מים חמים ‏תודה לצוות המעולה נהנינו מאוד נחזור שוב!

Well located and stylish property close to the Louvre and Notre Dame

Points positifs : The location was so close to Notre Dame, the food and shopping and walking in the Marais, the Seine, Louvre, etc. REALLY good location for wanting to be in the heart of Paris but not on a big touristy boulevard or huge hotel. The interior of the property is newly renovated, very stylish, high quality, attractive. Bed was comfortable, the freezer worked and had ice packs in it, fridge was cold and plenty big enough, well stocked with plates and dishes. You could easily stay in this unit for a long time, even though it's tiny and just the one room. Bathroom was stylish and great water pressure. They were setting up for a food market on the way we left, a Wednesday, in the tiny square in front of the building, and that would have been nice for breakfasts. The little courtyard across the road is full of restaurants with patio dining, several options. please be mindful that the building requires many steps to get to the door, not accessible for those with mobility issues.

Points négatifs : The price is so high, and I guess that is more of my complaint about Paris, not this unit in particular. The unit is on the ground floor, and while that didn't bother me, my husband had trouble sleeping because of all the noise, people hanging out on the steps, etc. If you want a peaceful side street, this is not the place for you. We also had no towels the whole time. Excellent bathrobes, but that was all we had for the 4 days - I asked for towels to be dropped off, they said they would come, they never did. the people in the unit across the hall had the same owner, they also said he was slow to reply and didn't always answer. We wouldn't have known which unit it was or how to get the keys to work if we hadn't bumped into them in the hallway as we were going out.
