Clean, comfortable, well located.

Points positifs : Fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. Great location close to the station and Trocadero and a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Large, spacious apartment that was comfortable for the whole family.

Points négatifs : There were a few small maintenance issues that need attention, eg loose toilet seats, loose taps etc and the kitchen is quite small to prepare meals, but adequate for a simple breakfast, but this does not affect how good the apartment is.

Excellent stay in a posh location with unobstructed views

Points positifs : Loved the view… it’s absolutely breathtaking. You see the Eiffel Tower from the open plan living dining space and the master bedroom. It’s high enough you feel very private and comfortable and it’s just pure bliss relaxing in the lounge. We loved the decor, and the comfort of the beds. Rolled towels, and hanging bathrobes was a fantastic touch.

Points négatifs : One of the toilets wasn’t working in the common shower room, and the master suite didn’t have a toilet seat on the toilet which meant we only really had 1 toilet between 4 of us. This was an issue. I would have welcomed a hamper with some basics like bread, cheese, milk, and wine as at this price point that would have been very helpful to get us started.

Perfect location so close to the Eiffel Tower you feel as though you can reach out and touch it.

Points positifs : Great location and plenty of space. Plenty of room for families.

Magical Views

Points positifs : The place was clean and ideally located with unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower. We were here for Bastille Day and had front row seats to a majestic firework show. Everything was clean and one of the most spacious places I've stayed in Paris.

Points négatifs : The only issue we had was that there wasn't enough hand soap or bathroom tissue for every toilet. There are markets close by, but a stocked bathroom would have been nice. Luckily we came prepared.
