Points positifs : L’emplacement est super, le logement était très propre. Équipement smeg dans la cuisine

Points négatifs : Matelas très dur ainsi que les oreillers.

Points positifs : Perfectly located. Top of the range facilities inside. Lovely balcony. Clean.

Points négatifs : The bedroom stairs are very steep but it was still amazing

Stylish and comfy flat at Champellisse

Points positifs : Very central location, new studio, well equipped and very stylish. Also air-conditioned which was very important with a heatwave during our stay. The host is great and had been supporting during our stay. The small balcony is a great plus, could not use it as was hot yet would be a good place to sit with a glass of wine!

Points négatifs : It is an old building and unfortunately the elevator was broken during our stay, which is a common issue in Paris. Thanks to host we had found a solution to use a service elevator. It did not bother us yet just flagging this as a common Parisian issue

Points positifs : Disponibilità della persona con la quale ci siamo interfacciati per l’alloggio …ci ha permesso di entrare un ora prima e di lasciare i bagagli in struttura un po di tempo in più siccome ci avevano tardato il volo … eravamo in 4 2 adulti e 2 bambini

Points négatifs : Nulla , forse solo la possibilità di non poter regolare la temperatura nella cosa ( o forse non siamo stati capaci noi)

Points positifs : Posizione fantastica. L'appartamento è dentro una delle gallerie dargli Champs-Élysées. Quando sono arrivata non ho subito capito bene cosa fare, ma la comunicazione tramite messaggi con l' host è stata molto efficace. L'appartamento è identico alle foto, ma comunque appena aperta la porta è stato sorprendente trovare un posticino così elegante e rifinito...uscire nel terrazzino che affaccia sui tetti è emozionante! È dotato di tutto ciò che serve e tutti gli elettrodomestici sono di qualità. Ci hanno lasciato il caffè, qualcosa da mangiare in dispensa, l'acqua e anche le il detersivo per la lavatrice. È tutto molto intuitivo, come fosse casa propria! È molto tranquillo e silenzioso, perfetto per rilassarsi e uscendo, sei a due passi dall'arco di trionfo e dalla metro. Lo consiglio per un perfetto soggiorno a Parigi! Se i prezzi rimangono così, tornerò certamente!!

Points positifs : We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our 6 day trip to Paris! The location was perfect...a short (15 minutes) walk to the Eiffel Tower, with many wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby as well as exceptional shopping options, from grocery stores [Monoprix, Carrefour] to the luxury shops of Champs Élysées Avenue. I was travelling with my daughters (11.5 and 14.5 years) and we felt very safe in the property and neighborhood. The apartment itself is well-appointed, with new appliances (fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washer), comfortable furniture, and a cute balcony with table/chairs perfectly suited to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Communication with Kim was easy with prompt responses whenever we had questions.

Points négatifs : I have no issues at all with Kim and the beautiful property. However, I do wish to warn prospective travellers about false advertising by Booking.com. When I booked this property, there was a notice that we would be provided with free transportation via taxi from CDG airport to the property. We did not receive a taxi voucher or anything that could be used to claim this offer and as such, I called Booking.com customer service on 9 (yes 9!) separate occasions, and spoke with someone on each occasion, only to be told that they were 'looking into it' and promised to resolve the issue prior to our trip. At one point, I was told that we didn't qualify for the transportation offer because we had 'booked our reservation via a third party'. This was blatantly untrue as I booked our reservation directly with Booking.com, while logged into my Booking.com account. A Booking.com customer service agent later confirmed that indeed, we had booked directly through Booking.com and again, promised prompt resolution. We did not ever receive a taxi voucher. Thankfully, we were able to navigate the train without difficulty (there is a train stop about 250m from the property!) but after travelling all night, it would have been nice to have received the taxi voucher that we had been promised. Importantly, I will also note that Booking.com tried to charge us for an additional adult (with associated increased fee) despite our search criteria being set to 1 adult and 2 children. I was told by a customer service agent that our reservation was automatically changed from 1 adult, 2 children to 2 adults, 2 children as that is their 'default'. I have nothing negative at all to say about Kim or the property but will never ever again book anything through Booking.com.

Points positifs : Apartmán sa nachádza na šiestom poschodí. Je velmi pekný, útulný, čistý s novým zariadením a výbornou polohou. Prenajímateľ komunikuje promtne cez mail. Po príchode na nás čakala pani upratovačka a odovzdala nám kľúče a vysvetlila ako všetko funguje.

Points négatifs : Bolo by fajn mať trocho viac úložneho priestoru. Hlavný výťah nie vždy funguje dá sa však nahradiť služobným výťahom, ktorý je však menej komfortný.

Points positifs : メトロ1号線にとても近くてどの観光地にも行きやすい、又、近くにモノプリなどもありロケーションとしては無駄がなく最高でした。このロケーションでなければ、我々の旅行は成立しないほど、ロケーションに満足しました。 部屋の設備はどれも新しくとても綺麗で何一つ不満はありませんでした。コーヒーメーカーはお皿や洗濯洗剤など、細かい備品も準備されてました。 ホストの方も寛大で、我々の要望にも柔軟に対応してくださり、大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。 この価格が維持されるのであれば、この宿はパリの宿泊先のベストチョイスの一つになるでしょう。

Points négatifs : 唯一はCleaning ladyの方が英語を一切話さないこと。 英語の説明書を準備するなど、改善した方が良いと思われる。
