Une bonne base pour les groupes en visite à Paris
Points positifs : L'équipe gérante a été réactive et la communication toujours très fluide. La taille de l'appartement permet de se retrouver en grand nombre. La terrasse est appréciable.
Points négatifs : Il pourrait être intéressant d'ajouter quelques produits de base dans la cuisine à l'occasion (condiments, huile etc.), notamment pour les visiteurs de courte durée.

Excellent séjour! Tous ont beaucoup apprécié l’endroit.
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal! Près de tout: sites à visiter et commerces. Appartement très spacieux, parfait pour 10, 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Très propre et le mobilier en bon état.
Points négatifs : Les équipements dans la cuisine: il nous a fallu acheter torchons, savon à vaisselle…

Fantastic experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat. More than met our expectations.
Points positifs : Great location. Wonderful eateries near by. Great place for walks. Very beautiful old and authentic building. Super comfortable apartment. Great communication speed from hosts. Large comfortable rooms. Comfortable, clean bedding. Safe and vibrant neighbourhood. 2 separate toilets and 2 separate bathrooms so convenient for large groups. Other people in the building so friendly.
Points négatifs : No late check out, (cleaning team tried to get in at 10am! No oven. No baggage storage facilities after check out. Window panes all wood rotten so hard to open and close, but ALL very manageable minor issues and should not stop you from staying here. Great place.

Well-appointed apartment in a splendid location
Points positifs : Great place! Plenty of room, two toilets and two separate showers. Three of the rooms are on one hall, another room is somewhat further down the hall, and one room is off the living room. Everything is in great shape. Lots of storage space (except for one room - see below). The service from the management company was exceptional. I messaged them at 1 AM looking for some more supplies and got an immediate response! And what I asked for showed up in the morning a few hours later. The location is great, too. Right around the corner from the Galerie Vivienne and Le Grand Colbert, a wonderful restaurant.
Points négatifs : We couldn't get the TV to work, but then again, we weren't in Paris to watch TV. I don't even know why we were trying. The largest bedroom, the one with two beds, has a wardrobe to hang things up in but doesn't have any cupboards or drawers to put things in. I thought that was odd as the other rooms all have extensive storage systems. I had some difficulty with Booking.com adjusting the number of people staying there. The apartment is required to charge city tax on the number of people staying there for a certain number of nights. They get this information from Booking.com. But for some reason Booking.com couldn't or wouldn't adjust the number after I told them that we weren't filling this apartment for a week, so I wound up paying city tax for 42 person/nights (7 people for 6 nights) even though we only occupied it for 32 person/nights. This was not a problem with the management but rather a problem with Booking.com. So be careful about this before you finally book. Note that they don't send you the information about how to get in until the day before you arrive. This is probably so that you can't go in before you're supposed to, which is understandable. But it means if you're busy the day before you arrive, as we were, you might not have much time to sort out any problems, such as my issue with the city tax.
