Points positifs : Do yourself a favor and book this flat!The views of the Eiffel Tower are even better than the pictures.We feel very blessed to have stayed in this apartment. You can’t ask for a better view in Paris. The apartment is clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. we were able to make an early check in at 10am, so convenient with an early flight. Everything matched the description. The neighborhood was very cute. It’s quiet (which I like) has plenty of great cafes and everything you need. It was a good location to walk to the river and any necessary transportation. We would love to come and stay even longer. Thanks for making our time in Paris so wonderful. This trip was one of a kind and the apartment added so much to the experience

Few wonderful days
Points positifs : I can’t say enough about this place. Amazing location and stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Paris. The location is outstanding. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, the apartment is surrounded by fantastic restaurants offering a variety of delicious cuisines. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a fine dining experience, there's something just a short walk away. Additionally, its central location made it incredibly convenient to visit local attractions and shops. The apartment itself is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay The host was very responsive, making communication a breeze. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations, which greatly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Truly a top-notch choice

Ponad dachami Paryża - wieża Eiffla, Invalides i piękne ogrody!
Points positifs : Fenomenalny widok z okien - ponad dachami Paryża - wieża Eiffla, kopuła Invalides i piękne ogrody na dole! Super lokalizacja. 100m do metra. Mieszkanko super wygodne na 7p z windą. Dla dwóch osób bardzo dużo miejsca jak na Paryż. Naprawdę doceniam miejsca, w których jest ekspres do kawy ale też i kilka kapsułek kawy, herbata, cukier i sól na początek :)
Points négatifs : Mieszkanie jest w modernistycznej kamienicy i ma unikalny klimat ale ma też drobne mankamenty, które niewielkim kosztem można poprawić: chociażby zmienić starą słuchawkę w prysznicu czy doczyścić porządnie łazienkę i kuchnię. Jakkolwiek to nie miało większego znaczenia ponieważ widok z okien rekompensuje wszystkie niedogodności :)

Points positifs : Eric met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. The apartment has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and Hotel de Invalides. We could sit on the couch with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. It had a kitchen, fridge and washer and dryer. He even gave us welcome slippers, which were great after long days of walking. The view is what made it special.
Points négatifs : Toilet room was small

Eine besondere Unterkunft in der man alles Interssante fußläufig erreichen kann, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist.
Points positifs : Eine Wohnung in einem typisch Pariser Haus. Im 7. Stock über den Dächern von Paris mit Blick auf Eiffelturm und Invalidendom. Vor allem Nachts wunderbar. Keine Straßengeräusche und wenn wir nicht hin und wieder Menschen gesehen hätten hätte man meinen können allein im Haus zu sein.
Points négatifs : In der Booking.com Beschreibung ist die Parksituation missverständlich beschrieben. „Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung und kosten 20 €.“ Fakt war, dass die nächstgelegene Parkmöglichkeit (für längeres Parken)ein Parkhaus war, welches Fußläufig 20 Minuten entfernt war und 46 € am Tag gekostet hat.
