Points positifs : Appartamento spazioso al centro di Parigi, eravamo in 6 una famiglia più una coppia, disposizioni delle camere perfette matrimoniale e doppia vicine con bagno, l altra matrimoniale nella zona giorno con altro bagno. cucina grande spaziosa con lavastoviglie, micronde, nespresso, tostapane con grande tavolo e in più soggiorno con divano poltroncine e tavolo. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Letti comodi Super consigliato
Points négatifs : Niente non fanno la raccolta differenziata per la spazzatura, abbiamo cercato di farla noi con buste separate.

Pobyt bardzo udany.
Points positifs : Mieszkanie jest w doskonałej lokalizacji, w pobliżu licznych sklepów spożywczych, restauracji i teatrów. Do ważnych miejsc (muzea, pomniki) można dotrzeć ok. 30 minutowym spacerem. Stacja metra jest oddalona o zaledwie kilka kroków. W mieszkaniu są trzy sypialnie: dwie z łóżkiem małżeńskim i jedna z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami. Jedna kompletna łazienka, druga z prysznicem i umywalką oraz trzecia z toaletą i umywalką. W łazience były środki higieniczne (żel od prysznic).

Points positifs : הדירה גדולה, יש 2 מקלחות ו 2 שירותים, אחת מהם בנפרד מהמקלחת, חשוב. מיקום מעולה, דקה ממטרו אבל גם מאד קרוב למקומות לשבת ובטח לתחילת שוטטות בעיר. לא היה רועש מהכביש, לדעתנו, למרות שקומה ראשונה.
Points négatifs : אין מוצרי הגיינה, סבון/שמפו וכו במקלחת, חבל, אין מוצרי ניקוי, סמרטוט לשיש, מגבת מטבח אחת, נייר סופג או כאלה מה שהקשה את העבודה במטבח, אין במטבח תבלינים, מלח, שמן, פלפל, סוכר, חבל. הדברים הקטנים שהיו עושים את. ההבדל.

Points positifs : Große, helle Wohnung (Geräuscharmut kann man im Zentrum von Paris nicht erwarten, war OK). Ausstattung war super, konnte von uns leider nicht im geplanten Maße genutzt werden (s.u.)
Points négatifs : Wir haben erst an der Haustür bemerkt, dass uns einer der Zugangscodes fehlte. Wurde aber relativ schnell per Mail nachgereicht. Aufgrund des angekündigten Generalstreiks haben wir es vorgezogen, vorzeitig abzureisen.

Centrally located spot with lots of space. Good outweighs the minor inconveniences.
Points positifs : Property is centrally located on the metro lines with abundant grocery stores, restaurants and theaters within 500m. While it isn't a quick walk to any one monument/museum, it is in the middle with metro just feet from the door. Street parking isn't realistic due to location at two busy intersections but there is paid parking nearby. Given traffic, wouldn't suggest having a car at this location anyways. There are three bedrooms, two with a queen bed and one with two twins. One full bathroom, a second with a shower and sink, and a third with toilet and sink. Amenities were ample and sufficed for the time spent. Beds were comfortable and heating appropriate. Lots of space with the living room (internet TV available: Netflix, YouTube, etc.), a full dining area, and a large kitchen. Bonus of having a washing machine. Mix of modern although retained some of the older floors and ambiance.
Points négatifs : Items that could impact one's stay or possibly be improved. One bedroom (queen) is on the street side and gets substantial noise from the traffic, when the theater lets out, and some of the restaurant crowds. The back queen bedroom can hear the constant coming and going of the metro (subtle noise). The pillows were not a group favorite, although are standard France. The 1/2 bath with the toilet and sink doesn't have a mirror. There isn't a drying rack for clothes. We did experience some minor issues with the building code that required a phone call to resolve, otherwise was easy to use. There is only one key fob and key, so larger groups have to coordinate entry/exit times.
