Points positifs : We were pleasantly met upon arrival and were given a brief, friendly run down of the apartment's facilities. The location is fantastic for cafe lifestyle and was only a short walk to the Luxemburg Gardens as well as to metro stations & bus stops.
Points négatifs : Nothing.

Points négatifs : No air conditioning. And only 1 set of keys.

Points positifs : Positives: The apartment is large, with a true Parisian feel. There are lot of windows providing good natural light; the windows have electric shades for nighttime privacy. There is a lot of closet space, including a coat closet at the entry. The kitchen space is huge, and well supplied with everything for cooking. The heating elements work very well, keeping the apartment warm during our winter stay. The bed is comfortable, and the drapes block out all of the light from the street. The shower and water pressure & temperature are all good. There were plenty of extra towels, which we needed for our 9 night stay. There is a lift that was functioning. The location is perfect - the Odeon metro station is just down the street, and there are several restaurants just around the corner. There is a nice Epic grocery store and Maison Mulot a few blocks away, all with good food selections.
Points négatifs : The furniture is very low, so for people who are older and/or have knee problems, it is not so comfortable. You must be very careful with the water temperature in the kitchen & bathroom faucets, as it gets ridiculously hot. The oven needs to be cleaned, as it smoked when we used it. There is very unusual lighting - the switches were difficult and inconsistent. There is no light over the cooktop nor over the dining table. The toilet is very low and uncomfortable. While there is noise from the street and the overhead apartment, it is tolerable. Being close to Saint Germain Blvd., there is a lot of siren noise so ear plugs at night are helpful.

Points positifs : Это волшебное место. Настолько удачное расположение, что можно вообще не пользоваться транспортом. Все в пешей доступности. Архитектура домов, театров и костёлы, все это поражает. В этом районе огромное количество магазинов, ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус и кошелёк. Квартира имеет все, абсолютно все, и даже больше чем надо для нормального пребывания. Удобные кровати, диван в гостиной... Все великолепно.
Points négatifs : Единственное - в шкафу на полках были волосы. Не очень располагало разлаживать туда вещи. Уборка должна быть лучше!
