Very comfortable and spacious, Good location

Points positifs : Very large apartment, in an excellent location. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with private showers. (toilets - note that there are two toilets in the common area, and non in the rooms) The location is great, near a metro station and some Kosher restaurants. The heating works perfectly, it was warm and cosy We were 5 guests and had a great stay!

Points négatifs : .It would be nice to have some more blankets and towels in the closets Also, it is written that there's a 24h reception desk, note that there isn't one.

very nice apartment for big family or group of friends in safe & very vibrant area

Points positifs : Very good location - if you like a vibrant area full of bars, restaurants and shops. Might be quite noisy outside - but once you close windows you'll not hear that. AC in all rooms so no worries about temperature. Very close to metro station, definitely safe area, easy to get to any part of Paris. In the building there is a small lift (2 people) but helps a lot. There were some minor works in the apartment next door but not disturbing at all. Apartment very nicely designed, big, all bedrooms with bathroom (shower or bath but no WC inside). 2 separated WCs. Well equipped, generally clean - maybe not super clean but fully acceptable. Very good contact with administration - they reply fast & are helpful & friendly. Beds big and comfortable, enough space for 7 people for eating & spending time together. A lot of space to put your belongings in bedrooms, same in bathrooms. Power supply at all beds so easy to charge whatever you charge at night.

Points négatifs : The check-in process was easy but I could not choose the correct number of adults / kids - but finally that did not influence anything :-) .If you got a car - quite difficult to park there - but they clearly said no parking provided. Check-out easy. Truly nothing which you may consider bad.

Paris stay

Points positifs : The place is wonderful and cozy. The design is modern. And the bedroom the bed is cozy

Points négatifs : Just the elevator of the building is small and can only fit 3 people. But it is not too much of a walk using the stair so its ok

Points positifs : We hebben al heel vaak in Parijs gelogeerd, maar ditmaal was het echt top. Het appartement lag in het centrum, was heel ruim en had voldoende kamers en badkamers. Het was gezellig, want wanneer de kinderen in bed liggen, kunnen we als ouders nog een glaasje drinken of tv-kijken terwijl de kids rustig liggen te slapen. Ook heb je alles bij de hand van winkels, restaurants, ontbijtgelegenheden,... en net om de hoek is er een ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Points positifs : Very close to the subway. Apartment was very clean and beds are comfortable. Internet works well. Shower is very good.

Points négatifs : The disposition of the facilities is a bit odd - no toilet inside the bathrooms. There is no microwave and the kitchen could be equipped. Not enough pillows. It can be noisy during the night, specially during weekends.

Points positifs : Appartement was superleuk ingericht. Alles was schoon. Bedden sliepen super lekker
